This farmhouse b&b is situated on the Pencarrow estate at Washaway Cornwall. The facilities, room, parking etc could not be better. The proprietors are welcoming and the breakfast menu is exceptional.
The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard and is situated in a quiet lane with easy access to explore the North Devon area and beyond. The garden provides plenty of space to sit out.
Highly recommended.

We again received a warm welcome back to Park Farmhouse, our 3rd visit to this beautiful house and grounds. Attention to detail is first class, very clean and a comfortable bed for a good nights sleep.
Tracy's breakfasts are outstanding with an excellent choice of menu, served by Jackie, nothing is too much trouble for them. In addition, to welcome you back after a day out, lovely cakes are provided to enjoy with your afternoon cuppa.
To sum up, a great place to stay and would highly recommend a visit.

Five nights in the lovely Molesworth Room. Everything superbly presented in a really quiet room. Hosts most welcoming. Lovely extensive breakfasts to keep you going through the day. Nibbles to greet you in the room on return from a days exploring. We needed for nothing, all the small details had been thought about Thanks for looking after us so well. Highly recommended

Beautiful old farmhouse which has been tastefully decorated set in lovely gardens with plenty of outdoor seating.The room was well equipped with no need to ask for anything.The bed was comfortable, with plenty of coffee & tea making choices available. A treat (cake or biscuits) was left daily in the room.Breakfast was amazing, loads of choice with everything beautifully presented.The hosts were friendly, polite & helpful. You can hear the traffic in the distance from the main road if you like the window open at night but it does go quiet after midnight. I would definitely recommend this B&B

What a gem of a place! We had a lovely two nights stay - wish we could have stayed longer! Tracy and Paul made us feel very welcomed throughout our stay, in fact from the pre-arrival communication. The property is perfectly situated to explore Cornwall. The place was immaculately clean. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and all amenities you need. Ample choice for breakfast including gluten free options, the cooked breakfast was wonderful. The host’s recommendations of restaurants, places to visits, parking and directions were all spot on and much appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend this place!

Breakfasts were incredible , probably the best I’ve ever had in a B&B, great choice and food cooked to perfection .
Paul and Tracy were the perfect hosts so friendly and made us feel welcome in their lovely home.

A lovely welcome from Tracy on arrival to this beautiful home full of history, charm and opportunities to see wildlife in the wonderful gardens. The breakfast was first class, a real treat, served by the lovely friendly Jackie. Paul even offered to have the outdoor fire burning ready for our return from Polzeath viewing the sunset. Spacious clean charming rooms with old English character. Perfectly situated to visit many stunning local beauty spots, then return to tranquility offered from this awesome establishment. I would not hesitate to book again and fully recommend Park Farmhouse to any prospective guests, thankyou for a super stay .

As soon as we pulled up at the farmhouse Tracy came out to greet us. 
The small suite was beautiful, very comfy bed, soft pillows and fluffy towels. 
Everyday we had cake or biscuits. Water and fresh milk replenished daily in the fridge. 

Good location for local pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend Tiny Thai in Wadebridge. 

Lovely B&B. Good communication pre arrival and a warm, friendly welcome on arrival. Large, clean comfortable room with separate seating area and en-suite. All bedding and towels of highest standard. Breakfast offered an excellent choice and was all lovely. Tea & coffee facilities in room with fresh slice of homemade cake each day 😋. Beautiful gardens to relax in. Great location for seeing sights of Cornwall . 

We were delighted with our stay (5 nights)! Obviously our hosts like to entertain, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, as was the bathroom (we had booked the King-Size Superior room). Nothing to say about the breakfasts : quality products, not limited. Easy private parking. Finally, excellent location for visiting the region. It is also nice to stay in a very old house, to know its history, and to participate, in a way, in its preservation.
