The hotel is situated down a little lane next to the Loch and is in a beautiful location - the big windows of the little living room look out directly at the waters and if you're lucky enough to get good weather then the visuals are stunning. You will need some type of transport of your own as it is out in the country and a five min drive to Ullapool itself, but then if you're in this area this may be automatic anyway! We used this B&B as part of the North Coast 500 trip we were making The living quarters are essentially a mini apartment at the top of the house, with a small living room/sofa/tv/table and chairs in one section, a good bathroom in between and a large bedroom the other side. You have direct access to the front door so you have your privacy without feeling isolated. Breakfast was excellent and our hosts were really friendly and inviting I would strongly recommend this lovely little B&B, it's excellent for the money and it's a lovely example of the Scottish landscape
