1045 reviewsExcellent in every respect, highly recommended, and will definitely be returning there. Cosy and immaculately clean, our room was a delight. Warm, with comfortable beds, super-soft fluffy pillows, and plenty of wardrobe space. The staff were welcoming, cheerful and obliging. Evening meal was good, generous helpings, and accompanied by firstclass real beer from their own brewery on the site. Breakfast offered a huge variety on the menu. We had booked a stargazing event, held in the adjoining building and grounds, which started in late evening. A window on the universe, well presented and informative. The whole package was easily booked, and was very good value for money - and that's from a quintessential Yorkshireman !
