Well third time staying here once again very clean Marc’s breakfast fantastic got upgraded to a four poster bed . It’s the little touches you get at this place Cakes in your room biscuits tea coffee hot chocolate. Marc & rose can’t do enough nothing is too much trouble. Anyone coming  to Torquay this is the perfect place to stay. 
Once again rose & Marc thank you for your hospitality have a well deserved holiday and a great Christmas will definitely see you in January February time .

Just the best

Overnight stay at this friendly guest house. Warm welcome from Rose and shown our room. This was big and faced the front of the guest house.  
Room was quiet (no road noise), and so clean…… Towels were soft and fluffy and a mint on the pillow was a special touch. 
Breakfast was amazing - cooked by Marc.  We have been before and my husband insists, that this is by far, is the best breakfast he has ever had - same quality every time. 
Would recommend to friends and family, as they make you feel very welcome. 10/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Five star guest house

Beautiful place, room was stunning and bed was super comfy. The hosts rose and marc where amazing and they could not do enough for you, went above and beyond. Definitely advise anyone staying in the area to come and visit silver lands. See you both again soon.

Beautiful family run guest house

Marc and Rose were very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and we slept well every night. We were set up for the day with a wonderful cooked breakfast, tea and toast. Very tasty. The bus into Torquay stopped outside the guest house so we made good use of it - we were able to use our  bus passes too! When we visit Torquay again we will definitely be booking in here. We highly recommend it.

Torquay visit to family

Of all the B and B's we have stayed this has been the best. Rose and Marc are superb host. The rooms are excellent and finished to a high class, plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits the room we were in was on the ground floor with fantastic furniture and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. 
On to the breakfast outstanding that's all I can say except I wish we could have stayed longer.
Rose and Marc you are brilliant host have a fantastic place to stay and we will be back.

Accommodation comfortable and spotless. English breakfast was superb and nothing was too much trouble for our excellent hosts Mark and Rose.
WE were two couples and could not fault anything about our stay.
Bus stop right outside the door, easy access to the main areas.
Ample parking and we would not hesitate to stay again.

Visited Torquay to see family. This is a great guest house hosted by Rose and Marc. Good sized clean rooms. Handily situated just a mile from the marina with a bus stop right outside taking you into the town centre or Newton Abbot. Fabulous breakfast!

Lovely stay

A most enjoyable weeks break.

It was a big 5!  Throughout our stay, comfort, quality, and cleanliness were clearly priorities that Owners Mark and Rose set as their standard. Local information was provided for our personal needs. Local bus and train transport easily accessible.  What a delightful 3 night stay!! Oh, i haven't mentioned breakfast  - delicious! Thank you Mark and Rose for an amazing stay!:

Rose & Marc are excellent hosts. Room was large comfortable and clean. They provided all necessary facilities and the location was perfect for visiting Torquay and surrounding areas, especially with the 12 Bus outside and Torre station 100 yards away. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts could not have been more welcoming and informative on local amenities and restaurants.
