Best pub in town by a mile. Landlady Sharon is an absolute Gem. One of the nicest people I think I've ever had the privilege to meet. She is constantly doing things for the local community & goes above & beyond for causes the town holds dear. Being more of a drinkers pub, they don't do food, except a Roast on a Sunday which is amazing value for money & tastes incredible. There will occasionally be some buffet style food out if there is a function on. Live music every Saturday & Karaoke once a month on a Sunday afternoon if that's your bag. It's normally a good night to be fair. Overall, I would recommend this place to everyone. Single people, couples, family's, old & young, all are made o feel welcome & that 100% starts at the top with Sharon. Brilliant place & I can't wait to come back!
