I stayed here on a work trip, The hotel was very clean and tidy, reception staff really helpful and friendly,bar and restaurant were linked by the walk way ,very friendly staff as well, good view over race course from front ,but industrial estate from the rear,over all a enjoyable stay, 

Premier plus room 

Efficient check in on the first floor - via lift or stairs.  Plenty of free parking spaces available.  Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows and tea/coffee making facilities.  Handy for breakfast and evening meal at the Beefeater next door.  Opposite Tesco with cheaper petrol than other petrol stations.

Excellent service and friendly, helpful staff

I stayed at the Premier In @ Newton Abbot for 4 nights in a Plus room.

When arriving at bottom lobby it looked really tired and in need of a lick of paint, on arriving at the check in the staff were really helpful and friendly. 

After booking in and arriving on the top floor you can feel the change in the atmosphere and cleanliness of the Plus upgrade. 

The room was clean with everything you need and I think I only heard 2 doors close and some people walk down the corridor the whole 4 nights, it was so peaceful and quiet. 

The WiFi (Ultimate) was absolutely rubbish, struggled to stream any films ect as it would keep buffering so would switch to mobile network and was fine. 

One of the best stays at a budget ish hotel and will definitely stay again. 

Newton Abbot - Premier Plus Stay

Excellent stay! From the moment we arrived on Friday night until we left on Sunday morning. The staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great shower. We had breakfast on both mornings at the beefeater attached and dinner on both evenings . The food was Ryan’s the staff very efficient. We didn’t wait long to be served and on both nights the dinner was very tasty. The breakfast was buffet style. There was a great selection and the hot food was good regularly and this kept it hot and fresh. ( Some buffet breakfasts at other hotels stack it up and it becomes over cooked and dry) lovely sausages. We have come to expect this fantastic standard at premier Inn and it’s restaurant’s but this one deserves a mention. Thank you all for a lovely stay.

Two nights in Devon to visit our family for our Grandsons 1st birthday

I have stayed here three or four times now and I am always very happy.

The overall value for money is great, plus the staff are excellent!

I would highly recommend and would happily return.

For business and pleasure I have stayed at many Premier Inns and this one is certainly one of the best.

Really enjoyed my stay, definitely the best hotel in the area. Reception staff were brilliant and any issue I had was sorted quickly and at no trouble.

February stay

Had a lovely nights stay at this premier inn, staff were very helpful ,nothing too much trouble  for them. rooms were clean and  comfortable. Would  stay here again next time I visit. Happy with my stay.

enjoyed my stay

My wife booked us for two nights in an accessible room. Not only was it perfectly clean but there was a fridge for my medical items and a coffee machine for some of the most perfect drink I have had in years. The staff were so polite and helpful. They were a credit to the company.

Excellent Place to Stay

Had a couple nights stay at this hotel, The lady on reception was lovely and really friendly (Tracy i think her name was) rooms were clean and free parking was a bonus. 

Breakfast was pretty good too, I liked that it was unlimited breakfast. 

I would stay here again.

Good couple nights stay

Just returned from another lovely stay at Newton Abbot premier inn . As always an absolute pleasure . Reception staff are always very attentive and this time was no different ! Always willing to help in anyway they can with customer service being their priority . Rooms are done to a good standard too . We’ll be returning again very soon . So well done to Tracy and her amazing team !
