We where very happy with the 2 days stay as we went to Cheltenham races breakfast what they did was top rated and very nice indeed the place was nice and clean and everything was all around you what you needed we will be staying again in the future thanks for having us.

This is exactly what it is called, a tearoom with rooms, 6 rooms in the back yard. It is charming and nice, and the tearoom had an exelent breakfast, not included, but worth it. One practical thing that was important to us was parking, and it ses ‘free parking’ and that is usually at the hotel premisses. But this is not a hotel, and the free parking was public parking. When we arrived we used the towns special parking area that offers free parking for 12 hours. At night there are plenty of spaces around in town, and all are free. So no worries. I did not rate service top, not because it was bad service, but because there was no need, it was perfectly selfservice organized.

Superb stay, rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Had Lunch and breakfast in the cafe and both times superb, good value for money as you also get 20% off for being a guest.

Perfect place to stay in Burford. Lovely  friendly host that runs the attached cafe that has the best breakfast and cakes.

Excellent room so nicely presented in very good order. We enjoyed a lovely home cooked English breakfast in the morning in the tearoom and was awarded a 20% discount for being residents.The tearoom staff were very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely visit again and recommend to family and friends.

Great accommodation in  Burford high street.  Room had every you could want for a break away with the added benefit of the Tea Room which served a wonderful breakfast.  All staff were extremely helpful.  Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Lovely, cute well presented and immaculate place to rest our heads after seeing the local area and visiting Cheltenham. Happily staff again.

Clear instructions for left for late check in. Clean and quiet and convenient for one nights stay. Room was lovely and warm.

Very pleasant stay at Priory Tea rooms Burford

A really cute set of ground-floor, en-suite rooms in the rear garden of the Tea Rooms. Small, but well designed with very comy mattress, good-sized TV and a nice litlle breafast-bar for doing the tea and coffe stuff on. Only TINY quibble is that the sink in the shower/toilet is a bit too small, but the quality of the fittings are very good..Great location on the mail street and inrestricted parking just around the corner.

I can’t say enough about this place. It was perfect for us-conveniently located, comfortable and clean. It is a fairly small space but has loads of character. I applaud its design because sometimes small spaces aren’t efficient or comfortable but this one was definitely well designed and efficient. We will be back!

Had all 3 C’s!

Our party of three adults stayed for three nights in two rooms at the Priory Tearooms. We found both rooms to be extremely comfortable (1 x DB + excellent shower in each); being located to the rear of the tearooms they are perfectly shielded from any disturbance that may emanate from the main road, ensuring a restful night of sleep. For us Burford and the Priory Tearooms made an ideal base to explore the Cotswolds and confident we will return to both soon.

Not included in our room rate and offered at a discount, we did not take breakfast at the tearooms until the day of departure due to a full agenda. This was a mistake! I do not profess to being an expert, but this was one of the finest English breakfasts this Englishman has enjoyed in his almost 60 years!

Ideal for exploring the Cotswolds and don't miss the breakfast!

Perfect little room if you are looking to explore locally and not spend much time in the room. Small double bed and room is compact. Very clean, good shower and ideal for my stay. Breakfast was all local produce and the best English breakfast I can remember having. There is no official parking so best to use the nearby free car park. Ideal for a short stay

The best sandwich, I have ever eaten! Beautiful fresh bread and a great choice.Good value and service in a stunning, bustling town. Outside seating is available both front and to the back of the restaurant and of course indoors. Whatever the weather, this is a good stop off to prepare you for the hill climb ahead up the high street!

Lovely tea rooms and breakfast. (not included in room rate). 
The guest room was lovely especially the bathroom. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean and well decorated. The tea room garden  was also lovely and with table and chair outside our room, would have been perfect to sit out in if weather had been bit better. Position was also excellent for shops, restaurants.

Birthday Night in Burford

We booked our stay as we were dropping out step daughter off at brize RAF base. We had an issue with possibly not coming due to illness but Justin the manager couldn’t have made it any easier for us. 

We checked in quite late and the whole process was smooth. Rooms was the cleanest I’ve ever experienced, warm cozy and beds so so comfy!

Breakfast we were greeted by a lovely member off staff who couldn’t have done more for us, no wonder it was nice and busy!
The breakfast choice was right up our street and no issue at all with my fussy requirements 😂
We stay close to prize on a regular basis and this will certainly be our permanent new place.

What’s not to love?

We stopped there late in the afternoon and ordered the cream 'tea' with scones and clotted cream and jam, with a latte and cappuccino. Both coffess were truly excellent - the scones were large and the best I have eaten in years, the jam and cream came in proper pots rather than in plastic cuplets and tiny jars - It was exceptionally yummy and at a totally reasonable price for these days and this place - we've paid much more for much less in a less well visited town. Puts the miserable offering available now at National Trust places to shame.
