From being introduced to Rhys at reception, you could tell that this young man is exceptionally passionate, hardworking and polite, a rare find in any walk of life and he is an absolute asset to the hospitality world. He set the tone on what was to be a most enjoyable stay. The weather following the mornings Swansea 10k was atrocious but this failed to dampen our elevated spirits. We enjoyed a Sunday roast lunch at The Grand Hotel kindly organised again by Rhys. It must also be noted that the Welsh Breakfast served in The Morgan's is a treat to behold, it's still as good as the first I had there 15 or so years ago. Diolch, we'll return again and again.
