Grace and Miles were perfect hosts and my husband and I were made to feel at home.  Pepper (their brown lab) was an added bonus.  The room was large  with beautiful sea views and very thick, cosy towels and robes.  The terraced garden had a large assortment of lovely plants. Perfectly situated, step though the garden gate onto the promenade, ideal for me to take my kayak out, when we weren't walking the coastal paths.

I could go on and on about this place. Suffice to say I won't, because all the other reviews say it all.

It was a privilege to stay in Miles and Grace's beautiful home. Miles is hilarious and Grace is absolutely charming.

My wife and I have stayed at other B&Bs in Mumbles but this charming guest house by the bay exceeded our own expectations by a lot! Lovely double room overlooking the large garden and Langland Bay. No breakfast included on our 3 night stay but beachside cafe just steps away. Our hosts Miles and Grace were gracious and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

Beautiful first floor room overlooking the sea in two directions and the garden that leads to a door to the coastal path and beach. Generously presented room, with little refreshments on arrival. Charming, helpful hosts

This is a brilliant B&B! 

Rooms, breakfast, sea view, so close to the wonderful beach, cliffs, restaurants and Coastal Path! It’s all perfectly clean and stylish! Grace and Miles are TOP hosts, SO lovely and helpful! 
Don‘t miss the Welsh Breakfast. It‘s AMAZING! 
And THE GARDEN! It‘s a PARC!
Visitors are pampered like Royals in Langland Bay House.

It really is one of the most beautiful places I‘ve ever been to! 
There is a lot of sports and entertainment yet you can also enjoy the peace and tranquility of Langland Bay House and surrounding nature.

Langland Bay House is the PERFECT location for a tranquil, relaxing, cosy holiday in wonderful nature with fantastic hosts and marvellous breakfast!
Great for swimming, paddling, surfing, hiking, watching wildlife ...
It is close to Swansea and Mumbles yet absolutely quiet and natural.
Guest room is big and comfy. Grace and Miles care for guests in the nicest way ever, providing EVERYTHING a guest might need. 
The house is amazing, very well minded with great taste and beautifully restored antique furniture.
The freshly cooked homemade welsh breakfast is UNIQUE and SO delicious!
Everything is new, tidy and working well. The view is brilliant and the garden is wonderful.
I loved the teatray filled with fresh coffee, plenty of welsh tea, homemade welsh cakes, pralines, fresh fruits. Welsh products in the bathroom to spoil myself.
Loads of space for parking, bycicle and even rental SUP boards available.
There is no better place for a holiday at the Sea!
By the way....even the weather was WONDERFUL!

What FABULOUS HOSTS!! To begin with, when we had a BIT of difficulty finding them (we were just yards away!), our kind host Miles, literally met us in the ROAD & cheerfully waved us in (sweet!). After Grace showed us to our spacious, antique-filled room with a lovely view of their gorgeous garden & the sea, the couple graciously  invited us to their sunny outdoor patio. The refreshing drinks were certainly enjoyed, but even moreso, we enjoyed the pleasant conversation from this elegant, cultured, interesting couple. We could have stayed there (with a spectacular garden & bay view, sun & breezes) for about a week, in that exact spot! After a wonderful rest & showers with the biggest towels EVER, Grace prepared a scrumptious, authentically Welsh breakfast (including the traditional laverbread & cockles of course!), in their elegantly decorated dining room. Being an antique collector myself, I was so intrigued by their historic, beautiful home (unique ocean-viewing room with binoculars, maps etc., antique fireplace with unusual little door!), & being INKKEEPERS OURSELVES (in Mississippi, USA), we were MOST IMPRESSED with the hospitality, friendliness, & impeccable attention to detail & service of this EXCEPTIONAL B&B...thank-you Miles & Grace! Travelling from Dublin for a friend's wedding celebration in the area, we had a delightful three days in the comfort of Langland Bay House. Wonderful high thread count sheets and thick quality towels are the small touches that lift a lovely experience into a delightful one. With a warm welcome from our kind hosts, added to delicious breakfasts and a bonus kindness of a lift to the wedding venue on a wet day, we very much enjoyed our stay and wouldlove to return sometime to this picturesque home directly overlooking the Bay Area with easy non--road access to cliff walks starting at the end of the garden.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Langland. We stayed here for the rugby in Cardiff and even got a lift to the game from our host. The views are incredible, inches from a stunning beach. The bedroom is huge and the bathroom has great products for guests use. There was so much to look at and do, including walking their two beautiful dogs, that we didn’t even touch the Sky TV in the room. We will be back!

My husband and I spent four days in September at Langland Bay House.  Grace and Miles were wonderful hosts with excellent suggestions for visiting the surrounding area.  The bedroom was large and bright with a beautiful view of the bay.  The breakfasts were delicious and one evening we stayed in and had a very nice meal prepared by Grace.  There is a nice restaurant within walking distance and also a small coffee shop.
