Had a wonderful weekend at the hotel as we usual. We stay the same weekend annually, and it has never let us down. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly, albeit reception, restaurant and lounge staff, especially Seff on reception, (apologies if it’s incorrectly spelled). He secured our amazing room which was perfect for my needs, without any hassle and it was greatly appreciated. The room, restaurant, lounge and reception area were spotlessly clean. Yes, there’s scaffolding present, but we don’t spend the whole weekend in our room so it was of no inconvenience at all. Despite the hotel being full we had absolutely no issues and are now securing our stay for next year. Whilst they keep providing this excellent service, we shall keep returning.
