I have been sleeping in this place Elston guest house almost Every weekend while am working in Birmingham area... it's pocket friendly, staff ever so helpful supportive and friendly, good environment that suits your purpose... am happy to refer to someone else.

Pocket friendly, good place for a sleep over

Good size rooms, kitchen dining room ,you will feel comfortable there ,I recommemnd friends and family's to have a stay there when they are visiting Birmingham and another good thing it's near to bus stops local shops and also near to aldi and a 24hour tesco.

It's a very nice and friendly place , we had a memorable time there

My daughter has been staying here for 8months on and off.Her door is kicked off on a regular basis ..all her valuables taken .whole guest house smells of weed .cctv cameras don’t work.. .manager can barely speak or understand English .window smashed in my daughters tiny box room .no heating . Bathroom  needs cleaning ...all the residents apart from the one family downstairs (refugees put there by the council)are there straight from prison .mostly single males ...If you do stay here make sure you wear bullet proof vest ...and sleep with one eye open .good luck as you will need it .photo of my girl taken 1week ago ...need I say anymore .this is what happens to you if  you don’t play ball at elston ...

Hell hole

Me n my husband went to this place overnight it was disgusting they charge you full price should only pay £20 for room that’s all they deserve. Beds were broken Dirty bedsheets Hoover wasn’t done. You can smell fags in the room the appearance of room disgusting. It’s very good location they could do a lot better. Pls pls improve and clean up !!!!!

Cleaning

There was a mix up with the hotel I was supposed to be staying in so had to ring round quick and this was the only one that would take me my girlfriend and my two kids as soon as I got there its so run down and dirty from the outside and as soon as u get in its no better there were kids running round till 11 or 12 at night I looked in the bathroom and there was mold all over the walls and in the shower and the shower tray was cracked and the tiles were coming off the wall and where the wallpaper had come off the wall because of the damp they just put it back up with drawing pins the bed sheets hadn't been changed either they smelled like someone had slept in it and the towel you got to dry yourself with was filthy plus there is no reception so when we left the manager was still in bed and I had to leave my key with someone else the staff were about as useless as a chocolate teapot just a horrible place please don't ever go there its in what looks like a really ruff part of Birmingham too no good for kids at all

Please never go here

Dirty, rough, and Noisy B & B. Room and bathroom are very dirty and the toilet smells very bad. Even it is cheap you do not get what you pay. I did not like the place and I can not recommend anyone to stay there.
