Pleasant staff upon arrival. No task or question was too much for the staff here. Especially Alec who seemed to go above and beyond to really make my stay memorable. The food in the evening was on a slightly different menu to usual but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Would definitely return.

Really Clean and Friendly Staff

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it was just as I had expected. Clean comfortable with pleasant staff and a good quality cooed breakfast. The location is great too. I will definitely stay again. 

Another Great Stay

We stay in Stevenage frequently to visit our son and have previously stayed elsewhere however we decided to make a change and so very glad we did. The staff were very welcoming. The room was a good size and the bed was so comfortable that we actually slept well. We will be back.

Very comfortable stay

We used our room as we were attending a wedding in Stevenage, the location was a 5-10 minute walk from the town and the registry office where we were going, it was also very close to the train and bus station and a leisure park 

Comfortable and stress free stay

Second time here in the space of a few months. Long stay this time, for me at least. 

Nothing changed in respect of the rooms. They could do with a lick of paint but other than that, it's pretty standard.

I just wanted to say thanks to the staff for making my stay such a pleasant one. In particular, Andrew, Ellis and Georgie. Also the two ladies who did the breakfast service, whose names I didn't get.

It's  not easy being a female away on business on her own. But all the staff, not just those mentioned, were so welcoming and really looked after me.

Food was also still up to scratch, think I went through pretty much the full menu! Didn't have a single bad meal.

So, all in all, another nice stay no more than 10 minute walk from my place of work.

Another great stay

We arrived on Christmas Day evening.   The staff were very welcoming and greeted us beautifully with Merry Christmas and a glass of Prosecco.   They were professional, friendly and made our stay brilliant.      The room was up to Premier Inn's usual exacting standards, clean, vibrant and comfortable.

Friendly, Warm Welcome

Stayed here previously and recommend it. Rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Good selection for breakfast, well worth the extra money. Will stay here again next time I visit. 

Great stay!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and had its own heating plus air con that you could set yourself, the food was better than I thought it would be and alcohol drinks were fairly cheap.

Comfy

The staff at this inn are excellent. Friendly, helpful & polite.  Place is clean & tidy. Rooms to usual excellent standard. Food at this hotel also excellent. Would recommend. Easy walk to train station.

Excellent Premier Inn

used several times never been disappointed,always a good atmosphere and service, will always go back service a little slow this time but this was due to staff shortages which was conveyed to us before we went to the hotel
