My husband and stayed here over the Christmas period 
The hotel and staff was brilliant. 
Ricky kept our room spotless,  Raj was always friendly and helpful. 
A huge thankyou to Diana who looked after me in the mornings (5pm) she was so friendly made me feel so welcome 
We shall definitely be returning

Brilliant

We frequently stay at this fantastic hotel. It's location is perfect for what we need. Great onsite pub for food,  and, loads of other food outlets within easy walking distance. 
The rooms are always really clean and very comfy and the cleaning staff do a fantastic job.
The staff at this particular Premier Inn are outstanding, in particular the Reception Team, Rachel, Jack, Di & Sarah are all absolutely fabulous, going above and beyond to really make you feel like a highly valued customer 😀.
Always look forward to our regular visits there and look forward to being there again very soon. Thank you for making our stays so enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel & staff

Wonderful friendly staff. Rooms were comfortable with tv, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities. Adequate parking. Additional tea tray supplies available in lobby. Ricky did a fantastic job of keeping the rooms spotless. No air conditions but there is an electric heater and fan available in the room. The windows can partially open for fresh air. The rooms are soundproofed so you don’t hear the neighbours tv, thankfully. Although set in a business park, it was a very peaceful stay. 

The Cookhouse Pub, which is attached, provides a fantastic breakfast. 

For a budget hotel it really can’t be beaten. Well done to all the staff for making it such a nice stay for our couple of days away.

Excellent stay

Needed a value for money 1 night hotel, this ticked all the boxes and more.Easy to find ,big free car park,attached restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. Great welcome from friendly helpful staff.Lovely room as expected with Premier Inn.Would deffo use this hotel again.

Perfect Fit for trip

Receptionist made it stress free stay sorted out small problem and it was our fault for not saying we wanted a downstairs room, but was offered a change of room for the next day. When I booked didn’t realise that there was no lift. My fault not the hotel.

Receptionists were so friendly and helpful

Always always so a friendly welcome and will always go the extra mile !  Each of the Team are excellent, happily getting extra pillows & towels ... always happy to chat ... a superb Team at the hotel and the restaurant ... just perfect !

WHAT a Team at St Neots Colmworth

Staff are friendly,polite and always greet you warmly and kindly. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff. If you are planning something special ie. Proposing do consider it,the staff will make a great effort to make the occasion better.

Great stay

Would definitely stay again was lovely and clean room was great was going out so didn’t eat drink much in bar/ restaurant . But was here with others and they drank and ate said it was great food and drinks 

Great place to stay

We stayed at this particular Premier Inn to break up a long drive home after a weekend away. Having stayed at it some years ago I recall it being an alright place to stay so had no qualms with booking it. 

In terms of location, plenty of options for food / activity nearby so nothing to complain about there, it was also right on route for us so minimal detouring which was handy.

As far as the rooms go, it was a standard older style premier inn room, queen sized double bed with the extra sofa bed. Whilst it was the 'older style' it was all thoroughly clean and welcoming, no complaints there at all.

What certainly stood out at this Premier Inn however was the service, so welcoming and friendly, there was nothing they couldn't do for us and always smiling and happy to chat.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay again in the future!

Great Premier Inn! Typical Rooms with Amazing Service

We stayed here as it was close by to a friends wedding. The lady on reception was so accommodating and friendly. Rooms comfortable and clean equipped with everything you should need. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area
