The hotel is welcoming and staff are very friendly.  Good room and very clean. Although it is an older Premier Inn, the room and service were of a high standard similar to new ones I’ve stayed in.  Breakfast was very busy but the choices were good and the cooked food fresh.  The toaster was a talking point as it produced a range of colours  and some flames!

Fabulous welcome by Andy, who couldn't do enough for us. Having stayed in Premier Inns across the country, this was by fsr the warmest welcome we had ever received. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the site offered ample parking. Co-located with a super pub (The Crown). Direct access from A1.

We were greeted by a very friendly and lovely receptionist, Andy. Made us feel very welcome!! The room itself was lovely and clean, perfect for a quick stay in St Neots. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a hotel to stay in, in the area.

We chose this hotel for its good location close to Cambridge and fundamentally for it having windows which open rather than unhealthy air conditioning. It was clearly really well run, impeccable clean, positioned in a quite location Our breakfast taken at the nearby Crown Inn was the best Premier Inn breakfast ever.

Visitng as used to live here.  Great friendly staff especiially gentleman on reception when we arrived.  Was worried would be noisy with being near A1 but not at all.  Think its the cleanest Premier Inn room ever stayed at.  Will definetly stay here again.

Very friendly check in, clean comfortable room and good value for money! 
Visited the pub for a few drinks and food and that was really nice too. 
Lots of parking available. Would definitely return and recommend 

We have previously stayed here on a number of occasions. The staff are always very friendly, and make you feel welcomed. The hotel is good value for money, and the breakfast in the adjoining pub (the Crown) is always very good. David & Denise January 2023

Super friendly and helpfult staff. Could not be more friendly and helpful, and they provided a human touch when I needed it most after a very stressful day when my wife was taken into hospital during our stay.

We treated ourselves to an overnight stay as had to be in St Neots early in the morning and did not want to battle traffic on the A1.  The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and our satisfaction seemed to be important.  We ate in the Crown Inn, next door for both our evening meal and our breakfast.  The evening meal was outstanding, we didn't have dessert because we cleaned our plates at the main course, which was a shame as the desserts looked even better than the main course.  The service was excellent alongside the meal. I would highly recommend a visit, just for the meals. 

The room was clean and tidy. We were satisfied with our stay. The breakfast was excellent. I did not only enjoy the roundabout near the car park. I would recommend to stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent

The Warmest Welcome

Excellent location, well looked after and very clean.

Good sleep and excellent food

This hotel had been upgraded throughout, my wife commenting on the ‘new carpet smell’ as we walked to our room. Our double was extremely spacious, clean and welcoming, with just a couple of small issues. The meals - both breakfast and evening - were simply superb at the adjacent associated Crown Inn with service to match. With most pleasant, friendly and helpful reception staff, it is a Premier Inn that we would not hesitate to book again.

Incorrect postcode given when online booking made - PE19 8EN. Arrived at location given to find it was another Premier Inn. Clearly an ongoing problem as they had printed instructions for us to find our correct hotel - PE19 8EP.
