Millifont Guest House

I arrived in Hastings with my partner on the 27th of September in the afternoon. As soon as we checked in, I wanted to know where is the parking as I was certain the symbol was ‘light up’ on booking.com, nonetheless I was told I have to pay for it everywhere as no other guest house would have a private one. We ended up paying for it before 18 PM, yet if you’re lucky, there are few slots available and free between 18 PM - 9 AM in the front of the guest house. The level of cleanliness was stunning. This deserves an 11/10. No dust (I’m highly allergic and an OCD person with that), loved the window (which was open allowing the fresh air to come in prior to our arrival) exactly above the few parking spots as it offered us a reassurance throughout the night (could see our car), the white sheets and towels smelling rather cotton fresh and the tea & coffee options offered in the room. The check in/out process was easy and straightforward. The only downside of this guest house is the lack of free parking slots throughout the day. As an overall, I’ll give it a 5* because cleanliness is of utmost importance for me though.
