Three generous guest rooms in a lovely detached house at the top of the hill over looking St Ives Bay. Our large room was at the side of the house with balcony overlooking the bay, large king size double bed, breakfast table and chairs, two further arm chairs to relax in, as well as patio furniture. Ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Evelyn and Tony are superb hosts, welcoming, helpful and under the current Covid situation went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Breakfast was served to our room consisting of a varied selection of a hot dish, fruit, cereal, toast etc each day. A lovely 10 - 15 minute walk down hill into the town, we found it easier to take a taxi back for only a fiver. Definitely a B&B on a higher level in more than one way.
