Sue and Mike were great so friendly and so informative. They catered to my dietary requirements which I was very impressed about . Rooms were so clean and the place had so much attention to detail . Both my self and husband will definitely be back to stay there in the near future. Nothing was too much trouble . Thank you so much Sue and Mike for a lovely stay at your B&B . 🌞🌞😊😊

We stayed August 2025 in room 2 which was very spacious with sea views. Came with a parking space. Lovely comfortable bed, nice sized bathroom. Also another room with twin beds which we didn’t need but handy for  storage or for 2 children. Tea/coffee/toiletries provided and replenished when requested. Bath towels etc…shared lounge and dining area. Very clean and decorated tastefully.  
Five minute walk from beautiful beaches and town. Lots of restaurants etc … loved St ives.
Sue and Mike were absolutely lovely. Very welcoming and helpful.  lovely breakfast cooked by Mike everyday. We both really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to anyone going to St ives and if we come again we will definitely stay here.

This is our 3rd time staying in this amazing friendly B and B Sue and Mike the owners are excellent very helpful and go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean and tidy and fresh, the you get a great selection for breakfast couldn't ask for more really. The lady that helps the owners in the mornings and cleans the room is very friendly and helpful always got a smile on her face and polite. I would definitely recommend anyone if your looking for a B and B this is the one. 🙂

The accommodation is of a high standard and is well maintained. Sue and Mike are excellent hosts. They gave us lots of tips on places to go and things to do. The breakfast cooked by Mike and served by Sue is superb. The lady who helps out with breakfast and cleaning is very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to others.

 The rooms are lovely spotlessly clean thanks Amanda!  And has everything you could need! We stayed in room 2 which is really spacious with a lovely bathroom.with bath and shower and everything you could need is supplied.  Sue and Mike are lovely friendly owners and create a really welcoming atmosphere.its in a very handy location for town and beaches. We have already booked for next year and can't wait to go again

Sue and Mike hosted us for three nights at their wonderful bed and breakfast. We stayed in room 2, with a super king bed, and a second bedroom that we used for storage (has bunk beds for kids). Breakfast was very good too. Their place is in a quiet area but only 10 minutes from town!

An excellent location and great sue and Mike make you very welcome, breakfast is fantastic and sets you up for the day, facilities at the B&B are very homely and nothing is to much trouble looking forward to a return visit in the future thank you both very much great hosts.

Great B&B run by lovely owners. Ideal quiet location but only a few minutes walk into the town and down to the beach. Off road parking was a big bonus. Breakfast choice excellent and the full English I can recommend made with real quality ingredients.

The place is really clean, inviting and has a great homely feel. Our room was spotlessly clean, and had a very fancy balcony in the roof that I was really impressed with. The sea views we had were very special. 

Our first visit to St Ives and I'd heard how unspoilt it was. This was so true and if we ever decide to return (likely) I'd feel pretty disappointed if we couldn't get in at No4.

Had a Fab stay, Beautiful room, great hosts, stayed for 3  nights in June,  Sue And Mike are so friendly and welcoming and knowledgable, rooms well stocked bottled water replenished daily, guest lounge with fridge for guest to use and fresh milk, and the Breakfast was Delicious good quailty produce, overall a fab time, Thankyou Mandy And Mark 

OMG! Amazeballs.. was fantastic from arrival, to departure. We were early arriving, and welcomed with open arms. Everything explained, ref our stay, location, local attractions, restaurants etc… 
Our rooms were beautifully presented, and decorated. Fluffy white towels and super clean bedding, etc.. Complimentary Elemis toiletries available and a daily top up option, on bottles water, tea, coffee, etc.. all inclusive of price. 
We had on site parking with our rooms, but the public car park is just minutes away, if we didn’t and this was also included in the price. 
Fresh, locally sourced breakfast was perfect! And lots of choice from cereals, toast, fresh fruit and hot food.. 
Mike and Sue, were perfect hosts, so friendly and genuinely nice. They always made time to chat about our local experiences and ensured we were having a good time. 
Would definitely return, and have already recommended this lovely B&B to family and friends.

Lovely B&B St Ives

Fantastic B&B, and amazing hosts! Get booking..

Your hosts are model proprietors, making sure their guests have everything they need while giving them their own space. The full English breakfast provided every day is delicious, and the location in St. Ives, just a few minutes’ walk away from the center of town on a quiet residential street, is ideal. Try to book one of the rooms with an ocean view. If you can’t, you’ll still be able to enjoy the view from their lounge, the front terrace or just by strolling out the front door. The best B and B I have ever stayed in.

Highest recommendation for this charming bed-and-breakfast in St. Ives

Having recently returned from a wonderful stay at No4 St Ives we felt compelled to write a review. The hosts, Sue & Mike, made us feel very welcome and were really helpful in providing tips on places to eat etc, also including a whole host of information sent in an email with our booking confirmation. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the shower was great. There was also a fan in the room which was welcome on the humid days. Breakfast was fantastic! Plenty of drinks, cereals and hot food to choose from (one of the best Eggs Benedict i've had). 
Something we didn't know about the area in general was that it was quite hilly, so we would recommend taking a taxi up to the B&B, especially if you have a suitcase at the start of your trip. It was only a 10/15 minute walk to the harbour and the local train & bus station, so proved to be a very convenient location.
Would definitely recommend the B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area and we would stay again!
