Just came back from this place, perfect for young people who just want somewhere to get ready and rest their heads after going to the clubs! Come and go as you please and biggish rooms considering the price! There was also a fridge in the room which was an added bonus! ... will return!

Great for young people! 

Me and my family booked a hotel called Ocean breeze it look great it had a double bed and a single bed with really nice modern facilities and beautiful views. we thought this was perfect for as a family.we than decided to call the hotel to see if it was still available and the man said yes it's still available so I replied and said great but I need to confirm this with my partner and are call you back.I than called him back and there was no answer.My partner than left a message on his phone. his wife then rang back asking us what we want, she was patronising and rude to him. My partner was asking her for directions but we thought she was a secretary to begin with as she said she would get him to call us back. my partner then called him and he said he had one room with ensuite and one room without but he could do it for the same price so we than went a head and payed.I had to call the man in the morning because I had no confirmation he than send code in a text message.we thought we booked Ocean breeze hotel but when we got Thier it was a place called breakaway. We had to put a code into a door to get in  and then there was boxes on the wall with our keys in it. Walk  through the hallway which was quite smelly.we was shocked that there was no reception there,and a foreign woman came up to us didn't speak much English and showed us to our room we didn't really know what was going on in the begin we didn't even know she worked there. We got into a room and was completely shocked and there was bunk beds and a TV that you had to pay for  and a dated bathroom  broken window latches faeces in the toilet and a fridge that was broken and  no beautiful views.didnt look like Anything that was advertised.We was told that if we didn't take are bins out we would have to pay a £40 fine.It was to late we had already paid for this accommodation so we no choice but to go with it we told the women we thought we was going to have a double bed and a single bed but she didn't really understand and we also told her the fridge wasn't working.My partner then 
rang the man that owns this property because the fridge wasn't working despite leaving loads of messages he didn't get back to us. Finally later that day he did. I answered the phone, I explain to him it doesn't matter if you pay little or a lot for accommodation you expect it to be what was advertised and everything to be working. Got very rude and said we've been nothing but trouble from the start and I'm to pack my bags and that this is a hostel what do you want me to do on a Saturday or Sunday and he would give me my money back.But it was really late at night and we couldn't get anywhere to go.my partner  grabbed hold of the phone and gave the guy some home truths he then apologized. To be honest with you his apology isn't good enough. We have been scammed out of money and given the wrong accommodation.  If I was you I would  never stay with this property as it is not a hotel as he States it is.we believe that it is taking bookings for the other property but then sending people to this one. It was a holiday from hell it ruined our holiday to be honest. This property is more like a place for homeless people. There is people just lounging around that don't speak much English that made us feel very uncomfortable  and not sure who is staff and who isnt.The first 5 picture below is what we thought we was getting.And after that is what we got

Broke key in lock managed to get the key out got charged £20 won’t be staying again. 
No tv unless you pay extra no WiFi data black spot if showering give yourself a good 30 mins to get yourself mildly damp.

Buy cheap pay twice

Where to start with so many problems. Booked in January and was called 2 hours before arriving and told I could not have the 3 twin rooms but 1 twin and 1 quadruple otherwise we would be split up into different hotels. Given no choice I had to accept and was promised a partial refund. I have chased repeatedly and still no refund a week later. Then on arrival we parked up and were greeted by a vile, abusive staff member telling us to f**off out their car park. Stunned I explained we were new residents...she didnt care and threatened to damage my my car if I stayed. Disgusted I removed car for fear of vandalism by this dangerous staff member. We left one car in the car park but constantly worried it would he damaged so moved it out after day 1. Rooms were awful..creaky bunks felt l like they were falling to pieces. TV could be watched...just put money in the slot ! Shower dribbled out of the head. Room was not cleaned once during 3 day stay. Door locked jammed on son's room final night and took multiple calls spanning over an hour to get the landlord to ask a long term resident to break into the room causing a mess and sons had to sleep the final night in an unlocked room. No management ever appeared on site even though I asked several times. Having complained the hotel has now staged a broken cupboard and sent photos requesting damages. Luckily I took video of rooms on leaving showing all in tact. Resorting to extortion to avoid paying partial refund is a sad corrupt move.

IF HELL HAD A HOSTEL THIS WOULD BE IT!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel I knew it was a bad one. No one was there to greet me, money was taken before I attended the hotel which meant I couldn’t cancel it. I had a baby which was mentioned on buying the room however the hotel decided to give me a room on the top floor anyway. I stayed for two nights and no more than that. The walls are incredibly thin, I heard everything happening in the next room as their bed banged my wall for three hours while my baby cried. 
It was one of those hotels you avoid, one of those hotels you go if you haven’t got anywhere else to live. I would never ever ever recommend this to anyone who is going on holiday, it is like living in a homeless shelter. The security on the door is awful and the security on your personal door is worse. The fact there is no staff present only addds to the scary factor.

HELL LODGE! The people who run this place should be arrested! It started when I spoken to her, the manager, Ema,  the night before our arrival to ask her if we could check in by 1pm instead of 2pm, and she told me no, so I asked if we could at least drop our bags before check in, and she said maybe, call me tomorrow or I'll tell you when you get here by 1pm! Well, that awful woman, Ema, never showed her face at all and there was no reception in the place! A person from Bulgaria who couldn't say not even a 1 word of English let us in! We got trew out the door with our bags by another who spoken 2 words of English, telling us to ring that disgusting manager, Ema!! When we did she said to wait for a txt with our pins to access the place and to come back after 2 pm, totally ignoring what she told me on the phone the night before; We had to call her 4 times because of the disgusting way to access this hideous place entrance, and more!! We had to type a code (sent on my mob) then get to a "box" on the wall to withdraw our key by typing another code!! Well, the key for our room, number 8, wasn't in the box as promised!! We had to ring that despicable woman again to ask how on earth we would be able to open our room, then she said to my partner, oh no, it's room number 12 now!!!?? So, finally we got to the box 12 and got the key by typing another code!!!! It caused us terrible emotional and physical distress and we are going to start legal action against it to receive compensation ASAP!! When we entered our room totally emotionally and physically wrecked, we were dying for a cold shower as there was not even a fan in our filthy room!! When trying to use it, the shower was only running boiling hot, no matter how many times we tried it, it kept running boiling hot, not even merely hot!! I was in tears by then! We had no choice but to use the shower next door, which worked but the toilet where it was in was disgustingly filthy! All photos will be attached! Back in our room the toilet seat was broken, dirty top fridge, rusty towel rail wich we didn't use, totally cracked top where kettle sat on. Bedding seemed washed at least. The light in the corridor leading to our room was dead, so no light at night! There was a threatening message on the wall saying she will take £40 from visitors card if they leave the room dirty, just unbelievable!!!!! Also unbelievable was the fact we couldn't turn the TV on unless we put a £1 in the meter, which according to it, would allow us 4 hrs time! I want full compensation and I'm intending to claim it! This disgusting place needs to be taken out of booking.com website and fast!!! I have requested a new bank card because that horrible crook of a woman may decided to take even more cash out of me, fat 
chance!!

A nightmare break from hell away from home!

Wouldn't recommend!! It's cheap but there's a reason for that. You have to check in online, which we were not informed about until I rang up to ask if it was okay to come at a certain time. It took them 4 hours to get back to use and wouldn't give us any details until we were outside waiting. Very unorganised and people were laughing down the phone, so wouldn't a great impression from the start. When we arrived we noticed you have to pay to use the tv. It is a small charge but not the point, shouldn't have to pay to use the facilities they offer. The Tv is obviously unreliable as they will charge you £10 if you ring them concerning it after 6pm.  They also will give you a £40 cleaning charge if you don't empty the bin when you leave! On the first night at 21:30 a staff member tryed to walk streight in to our room without knocking luckily it was locked. She seemed polite but it is a breach of privacy. There's also a bad smell in the corridors and a garbage smell comes through the windows. Great location but unfortunately really not a great place to stay. They appear to be trying to get as much money as possible.

I actually cannot believe there are any good reviews. This place is an absolute dump that’s falling down. Very strange welcome from two people that didn’t speak English very well and couldn’t understand the words arrival or check in when we got there. Really odd. The room was a dump and you had to pay for the tv that only had 3 channels, none of which were even the first channels. If you wanted them to check the tele they said they would charge you. Also you need to take your own bins out else they charge you £40. Never ever again!!!
