A very clean room. Very comfortable bed with nice pillows. Plenty of tea, coffee and sugar in the room. Hosts John and Kay went above and beyond for us. They were a lovely couple and advised us on places to go. We are already talking about going again. Thank you both for a great weekend. Rachel and Darren Berry.

We would definitely stay at the Blue Haven Guest House again.
John and Kay were extremely friendly and certainly made our Breakfast fun.

Everything was clean and tidy and nothing was to much trouble. 
The bed was really comfortable and the room was fine.

Breakfast had lots of choice and they were happy to change things to suit. The owners and staff couldn’t have been more helpfully and pleasant. They were always smily, friendly and chaty. Location was very good and close to beach. Off road parking which is a godsend. The room had everything we needed, bathroom a little small but completely adequate. Bed was comfy. Couldn’t fault anything. We will be back as soon as possible. It was perfect week. Thank you so much Małgorzata with hubby and girls😘😘😘

All ways a warm  well come from john and Kay the rooms are always fresh and very clean that are working very hard to keep on top of the virus  at the moment  and all ways a good breakfast to set you up for the day 

Lovely stay at Blue Haven. Spotlessly clean with comfortable rooms. 20 minute walk to town and situated in a quiet area. Lovely breakfast to set you up for the day with nice hosts. Would recommend a stay here 😁

We arrived at the Blue Haven on a cold and wet blustery June evening and were heartened that the owners (John & Kay) had very thoughtfully put the heating on in our room. We couldn't have asked for more from this Guest House as it was welcoming and friendly. The room - while not over large - was sufficient for our 2 night stay - and the en suite bathroom with electric shower was "compact" but functional!
Breakfast was a delight with choices of cereals, fruit juices and the obligatory "Full English" with toast, tea & coffee. 
Our hosts couldn't have been more cheerful and friendly  - so much so that we will return again when we next visit Cornwall . Thank you John & Kay - we'll maybe try the hot tub next time!

We have spent the weekend here this week and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our main reason for the trip was to visit the Eden Project (a 30 minute drive away). The guesthouse is located in a quieter residential area of Newquay with safe of street parking. A 20 minute walking into the centre of Newquay or a 5 pound taxi ride. 

The room was very comfortable and clean. The towels were of high quality also. Breakfast was a highlight. A selection of cereals, juices and fresh fruit followed by a full English. All the products were very tasty and of high quality. 

The hosts (John and Kay) were extremely friendly and helpful. 

We would certainly stay here again. 

My wife and I spent 2 nights here.
The room was quite small but adequate for a short stay. Very clean and a great breakfast. The owners are very friendly and helpful and there is a garden area which can be used by guests.

We are touring the south of England and stopped for a couple of nights at the Blue Haven.
The owners are really nice people.
Everything was immaculately clean and well decorated.
Lovely bright room with a comfortable bed.
Good fast wi-fi.
The en-suite had a big roomy, easy to operate shower. 
The breakfast was excellent served in a large conservatory with a pleasant garden backdrop with palm trees.
There was even a garden hot tub at our disposal.
The room was a little small but it had everything you need.
The next time we visit we will DEFINITELY ring the Blue Haven first.

Very clean which is the main thing, not the most modern, but again? Cleanliness is more important thing to most and it was spotless, area nice, not to far to walk to most places. Nice owners, nice breakfast,
