The bathrooms were made of gold and they got a golden to toilet paper and golden toilets and there were survents that brought you some fried fish and it was great. The bathrooms are the best part and the shower that had cold and warm water and a working wifi the place was great

Me and my friend have just spent 5 days at the Narrowcliff hotel was lovely the staff were great I would go back to this Hotel the trips out were lovely and it could not have gone better I would tell anyone

Me and my partner came here with national holidays our driver was Steven Bell he made our journey and hoilday good as getting there it took 12 hours due to traffic but we would not of wanted any other driver. All staff here was good. Laura the waitress there said she has not been doing it long but i would of thought she had as she was a lovely girl polite and welcoming and there if you needed her. The other waitress was good too and the manager was hands on as well. We have no bad comments about the hotel. The receptionist Jean was nice and helpful. The singer was not the best but other than that we had a great stay. The area and trips we went on we loved as st ives was beautiful and you could see plenty of lovely views. We had such a great time thank you to all at hotel and Laura keep up the good work.

spent 4 nights here didn,t know till 15 before we where going here,been told by National holidays there where no triple rooms ,but there was my wife and granddaughter where booked in one,i had been charged £22 surcharge for a single room,the receptionist and manager couldn,t understand why National hadn,t phoned them,the staff where very friendly and helpful,but everywhere was shabby,wallpaper peeling,carpets worn,flooring in the shower worn,gaps in the doors,but  clean enough,and for what we paid ,ok,good things,the friendly staff the food was first class,apart from the fried eggs at breakfast which where runny,but scrambled where very good,the sweet was huge and you could have as much as you liked,but the hotel is up for sale so things may change next season.

Great place to stay

Went on national coach trip last week mon to Friday. We had a pleasant drive there with 2 main stops for a brew and toilets .driver was pleasant. Arrived at hotel greeted by Ryan the manager who said hello to every 1 of the bus. And the receptionist greeted us with a smile. And waz quickly given our key for room.she got queue down in no time at all. We had psid extra for seaview room. It was nice and clean bit dated like most reviews had said but every thing worked shower ext. Went down for dinner only 3 staff to do all full coach. They did it all with smiles and no mistakes the food was lovely and hot catered for most palats and all were friendly and polite. Had a lovely 5 day trip hope they get to up date the hotel as the staff worked extremely hard owner should be very proud.

Holiday

Very drab and tired hotel seen better days. Staff were helpful and pleasant,food was OK, but our room (213) was terrible.Peeling wallpaper and damp patches on wall.Misted windows that negated the sea view. Old illfitting carpet.Wardrobe in state of collapse. And the bathroom.....dark and dingy with a shower over the bath with no hand holds that should be condemned.Getting a shower was an accident waiting to happen for elderly or infim guests.
My comments only relate to room 213 as I did not view other rooms.
My advice to visitors would be to use the Best Western next door. Wish we had.
