Number 52 Bed & Breakfast

This is an excellent B&B. We have stayed quite a few times now when taking/collecting our daughter to/from university in St Andrews. Both rooms are fine, the double has an en-suite.  The twin room has personal use of the beautiful bathroom that has a stunning view that is an absolute delight in the morning! 
The breakfast is always great & June & Colin go out of their way to make you welcome & help in any way they can. We will continue to stay here whenever we’re in the area.

A really enjoyable stay, very comfortable room and delicious breakfast. Everything was spotlessly clean and we were given a very warm welcome on arrival. Only a ten minute walk from town centre. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the Cupar area

We had a great welcome and excellent service while at number 52. Our rooms were spotless, warm and very comfortable, breakfast was very tasty and service relaxed and friendly. Number 52 is perfectly positioned allowing us to walk to our friends in 10 minutes and into Cupar town centre in 5 minutes.

Although only one night everything was perfect. Best breakfast ever. Even had vegetarian sausage. Friendly and informative. Nice roomy bedroom with hot shower. Short 8 to 10 minute walk to centre of town on footpath with lights.

Our room it was GORGOUS cozy homely and Very spacious and SPOTLESSLY clean they went above and beyond to make out stay amazing from that moment on The breakfast was OUTSTANDING well done Colin and your poached egg !!! Well AMAZING 😊 never have I stayed anywhere that I have truly loved in fact it was like going home to my mums for the night ❤️ So much so we went and got them Some Flowers before we left we would definitely recommend a night here the views and the sheep at the back were just FABULOUS and very RELAXING to just look at we would have NO HESITATION in recommending this 10 🌟 B&B and if you are NOT 100% satisfied I personally will refund you the cost of your stay so once again Colin and June many thanks for a LOVELY stay and we will Be seeing you again sometime many thanks and love from Pete and MJ Grimes xxx

Very friendly and helpful owners. Large spacious bedroom with large comfortable sole use bathroom. Lots of thoughtful facilities, such as USB charger, although more available power points would have been useful. The breakfast is superb, good ingredients and plenty of it. Also has parking.  Power points really is scraping the barrel for areas to improve.

In these days of instant information , it is always interesting booking a B&B online.  In the case of No.52 we found a place that is at least as good as its best write-up.  The bedroom was very comfortable and well appointed with everything that we needed.  The bed was huge. 

Our own separate bathroom was very clean and well appointed.

Breakfast choice was good each day, beautifully cooked and we were well set up for our adventures.  Little things like bringing hot toast to the table when you wanted it and not before are what makes the difference.

June and Colin were also very attentive when required and helpful with advice on evening restaurants in and around Cupar.

We will certainly stay with them again if and when we are back in the area. 

Oour hosts seem to have thought of everything. The room was immaculate. Everything we could have wanted seemed to have been preempted. They were extremely welcoming and the breakfast was wholesome and tasty.

Our room was lovely with so much attention to detail. The breakfast was superb, the owners friendly and gracious. They gave us many tips for site-seeing in the area that we greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful atmosphere and a wonderful place to stay!

Returned to no 52 again this year  , so convenient for the three Dunhill courses  location spot on.Can't  complement  Colin and June enough on their hospitality being first class.Do be ensure room beautiful everything you could want,  cleaniNess  spot on.Couldn't stay anywhere better , already booked for next year 

Golf visit

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of June while attending our son’s graduation at St Andrews. Our family stayed in all 3 of the beautifully decorated bedrooms. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly wish for was included. Colin and June are very welcoming hosts and their b&b is in the loveliest of places. Colin cooks a delicious breakfast and we can thoroughly recommend staying here. Thank you for our lovely time spent at your beautiful home.

Fabulous Bed & Breakfast in a Wonderful Location

Although parking is a bit tricky (located on a busy main road), this was a very pleasant B & B to stay at.  The hosts were very attentive and cared deeply about the comfort of their guests.  Not a good place to stay for people with disabilities, rooms were on second floor, staircase was a bit tough to navigate but the rooms were very bright, clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good, freshly prepared.  We surprised the host by asking for porridge but it was delivered with a smile.  Definitely recommended.

We have stayed here  before whilst visiting an aging mother.The rooms are kept impeccable every day smart and comfortable.The breakfast is superb with choice of cereals fruit fruit juices and of course a good hearty breakfast.June and Colin are a lovely couple who run a very good bnb. Would recommend this bnb to anyone.
