Our recent stay at the Vincent Hotel exceeded our expectations. We had such a fantastic stay. The hotel was spotless throughout, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere welcoming. Every single member of staff were outstanding, consistently friendly, respectful and attentive to all guests. In particular Diane McTague was extremely helpful and very friendly, Mr Cutler provided excellent assistance with valet service, he also took time for a friendly chat. The team also kindly helped me surprise my partner with a birthday cake at breakfast, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch. Breakfast was fabulous, with an excellent selection ranging from cereals, fresh oats and berries, juices, to a hearty cooked breakfast with a self serve option. Lunch and evening meal were equally enjoyable, with a varied menu and very reasonable priced with friendly welcoming waited staff. The Hotel is ideally located, surrounded by local bars, live music and restaurants, making it a perfect base for exploring Southport. we were made to feel valued and welcomed from start to finish, and we will most definitely be returning soon!.
