I love the Premier Inn brand, you know what your gonna get, clean, comfortable quiet etc etc BUT this hotel is Hilton standard, in fact probably better than the past 3 or 4 Hilton's I've stayed at.  It really was exceptional, just some silly things like to rainfall shower and ID labels on the breakfast utensil equipment made all the difference.   I commented to a friend that I think I have stayed at 50+ Prem Inn's but this is quite possibly the best of the lot.  
I will look forward to re-booking this hotel.

Wonderful location and lovely clean really modern premier inn ! Gorgeous new carpets , bathroom and bed and all brand new interior ! 
Had room 103 family room as visiting family annual trip was brilliant , perfect breakfast was up early as back on the road Sunday for trip back home. Travelled with our 2 little boys and it was excellent staff lovely too. 
Parked on the nearby lode lane was cheap for overnight , 
Central hotel easy walk into Solihull and near John Lewis and touchwood centre ! Perfect

Excellent stop over for the airport . The uber eats app worked well to get snacks to the hotel.
Nice room with everything you would need and it felt safe with locks on entrance doors and restricted lift access. I would definitely return and use it again

Stayed here when attending a training course with Serco. Very comfortable, nice and clean. Looked recently refurbished. Bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Would stay again. 
Parking in the multistorey carpark is expensive and can only be done for upto 24hrs at a time.

I was served really attentively by Daria. Drinks were brought straight over and the 
food was delicious and served very quickly.  There was no broccoli but this was swiftly sorted and substituted. Got to choose my seat in the restaurant, which was a nice touch. Cannot fault anything, brilliant!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Solihull Premier Inn. The service was phenomenal and all the staff were brilliant and friendly, but Raj is the nicest, most friendliest and professional person we have ever had the opportunity of speaking with! Premier Inn, she is a credit and she quickly resolved any issues we had and made us feel more comfortable and welcome in the hotel. It makes a difference!

The hotel is going through a refurbishment so the hotel is currently old and new rooms. The new rooms are fantastic, so much better than the older ones and they really need it. Go Premier Plus if you can, your stay will be so much more comfortable!!

Absolutely fantastic stay in the newly refurbished  superior suite, the rooms are amazing. Also a special thank you to  Raj who greeted us on arrival to check in and was so helpful and nothing too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was absolutely superb and excellent quality and choice. Thank you to you all and see you again in October.

I stayed at Premier Inn Solihull for a party in the TC- so only needed a room to get ready go out and then come back and sleep for the nght. This was the perfect location and ticked all the boxes. Its was clean and tidy and great loaction- fot for purpose. The breakfast was also lovely the next morning. 

Amazing room, clean and spacious and amazing service throughout my stay!! Breakdast had a nice variety. Good parking for guests. Proactive response from staff for any issues i had. Will definately stay again

Top Tier Prem Inn

Brilliant

Stayed here for one night-I think it has had an upgrade, as it smelled of carpet 😉

Nice rooms, good bathroom (dig the single PTI purple LED light!). Bed was very comfy with USB charging points etc.

Just round the corner is a Wetherspoons, Chinese,Indian, Dominoes,KFC so you won’t go hungry! Breakfast was decent as well.

Bit of feedback for the place-lose the purple felt covered coat hangers,they are a nightmare to get anything over!

Id definitely go back if in Solihull and you’re only about 5 miles from the airport and NEC.

Good PTI in Solihull

All you would expect from a  Premier Inn (nice room, decent bed, shower etc etc).

In the process of being refurbished - new rooms are much better than before (power shower, better TV and so on).

Hopefully they will refurbish the restaurant/bar area next, which badly needs some work (and also look properly at getting the air con to work effectively in summer !).

Friendly/helpful staff.

The best Premier Inn experience we’ve ever had!

Excellent experience from start to finish

Hotel is tired. My room was draughty and so cold due to the windows having been locked. Unfortunately, they had not been sealed (as in the frame and where the handle had been removed). Therefore the wind and cold permeated everything. I ended up having to seal the gaps with toilet paper additionally to also in an attempt to slightly soundproof it. 
However, the BEST bit was my parking ticket which was such a beautiful and welcome surprise the next morning. 

Let me explain… you’re going to love this..:. arriving at 1130 pm after a 5 hour drive in the howling wind and rain (and also additionally having to wait for 10 minutes for the door to be answered - not particularly happy with this), to be told that where I had parked was perfectly acceptable (directly outside the hotel, as I explained to the hotel receptionist) and then finding a parking ticket attached to my window the next morning was utterly delightful. 
Certain unrepeatable words swirled around my brain for the next 10 hours until I returned ( I stayed for 4 nights). I mean really??!! Communication was clearly appalling from the night receptionist. 
However, on my return to PI  that evening, I informed the duty manager (Raj) who was so accommodating and pleasant.  
She apologised profusely, sincerely showed her empathy and helped me also to change rooms. 
All I can say is 5/5 ⭐️ for Raj’s professional management. 
PI you should be proud of that girl. What an absolute star she is  
Now I just need to sort out my parking ticket …. Humph 
Not happy.com. 
If it wasn’t for Raj’s intervention, this would be getting escalated.

Great Stay

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. I required additional heating and the staff were so accommodating and helpful in getting this arranged for me in a timely manner. 

The room had all the amenities as advertised. And great value, the bed was super cosy and comfy. 

The restaurant is conveniently on site with the option to order and take it to your room available. All excellent. 

Overall a very happy guest looking forward to my next stay. One of the best Premier Inn’s in the UK.

Excellent location and service

Went on a business trip with my husband and had the best time.  Shout out to Raj and her wonderful team and chef Mike.  Food was lovely, great vegan choices. Slept really well, must be that bed. Great for popping on the train and heading for the big shops, had to be done!  Felt like I was visiting family, can’t wait to go back.  Thanks Jac Mac
