My boyfriend and I had a fantastic 12-night stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind; they made the check in process easy.The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping consistently changed the sheets.They had a pool and hot tub that was clean and well-kept. Bonus was that they had times for adults only which allowed for those late-night peaceful swims.On-site restraurant was excellent, offered delicious food with great service. We never got around to using the bar, but it had a chill vibe and was busy.The hotel is also a few minutes away from Solihull Town Centre, we walked there daily to grocery shop and go to the shopping mall.Overall, hotel exceeded our expectations and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe and relaxing place to stay.
