Stopped here on business. Was greeted by the lovely Louise on reception. Very smiley and helpful. Room was very comfortable. The staff in the restaurant were rushed off their feet as staff levels seemed to be very low, but they were still all polite and helpful. The chef I believe was Anna who cooked a lovely mixed grill l.

When we arrived we needed an extra bed-was sorted out promptly. From the receptionist to the room keeping especially Jane, who left treats/gifts for the kids, thank you so much. Breastfast & dinner was also fabulous, great staff.  Plenty of choices for kids/veggies.

Had a great few days stay. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Adam checked me in when I arrived early evening and I even got a fab few goodies and I think that my daughter will love the bubble tea face mask. Very comfortable bed and breakfast was lovely too. Cooked to order hot food and loads of selection on the continental too. Ample parking and easy to get on motorway. Highly recommend.

Hotel was spotless as was my room. Adam on reception was very friendly and approachable and made checking in easy as were the rest of the staff. Pleasant experience, decent room, will be visiting again this year to visit family. Highly recommended

I am thoroughly impressed with how my stay was at premier in. Never once has anyone ever offered to take my bags from my car right to the room which was an absolute bonus , Adam and Laura made me feel very welcome and showed me to my room. It’s a shame the hotel is a touch dated but the staff make up for this. Highly recommend :)

We're staying for 5 nights and we couldn't ask for a cleaner, comfier room. The staff are wonderful, always there to greet you with a big smile on their faces and always ask if we have everything we need. Beds are comfortable, best sleep I've had in a long time with no noise from other rooms. Big thank you to the hotel team for making a stressful situation better for us! 

Loved my stay here even though it was only 1 night, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcome. My room was perfectly clean and had everything in there what i needed. I had the best nights sleep, bed was so comfy.

Fabulous hotel and amazing staff who checked us in! Definitely will return when visiting Birmingham. Very comfortable and close to where we was visiting. Prompt check in and wonderful room. All ready as requested. 

Room was nice and as we expected. Debbie on reception was fantastic. She couldn’t do any more to help us. Got us in for early check in and got a room closer to where the rest of the wedding party was.

The hotel for the money was very good. Really modern rooms and a quiet area. The staff at the hotel are very friendly.

My only issues which is why I didn’t rate this full marks was

- the cleaning standards are slightly questionable with signs of dust and surfaces that hasn’t been clean but still acceptable.
- the Beefeater that appeared to have recently closed is very tired and sparse. They obviously need a restaurant for the hotel and just running this on very basic staff and facilities- all seemed slightly strange but breakfast was still adequate.

AMAZING STAFF

Fantastic 

Reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Premier Plus rooms were lovely and worth the extra. Rest of the hotel was a bit worn, but the staff were great.

Good value and great service

Experience was very good bed was excellent shower facilities ok wifi on point tv ok but the only problem i would say we had was the heating  didn't work hence the fan in the room and the windows could have done with a clean & just a few cobwebs above the bed 😀
