When we arrived we needed an extra bed-was sorted out promptly. From the receptionist to the room keeping especially Jane, who left treats/gifts for the kids, thank you so much. Breastfast & dinner was also fabulous, great staff.  Plenty of choices for kids/veggies.

Had a great few days stay. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Adam checked me in when I arrived early evening and I even got a fab few goodies and I think that my daughter will love the bubble tea face mask. Very comfortable bed and breakfast was lovely too. Cooked to order hot food and loads of selection on the continental too. Ample parking and easy to get on motorway. Highly recommend.

Hotel was spotless as was my room. Adam on reception was very friendly and approachable and made checking in easy as were the rest of the staff. Pleasant experience, decent room, will be visiting again this year to visit family. Highly recommended

I am thoroughly impressed with how my stay was at premier in. Never once has anyone ever offered to take my bags from my car right to the room which was an absolute bonus , Adam and Laura made me feel very welcome and showed me to my room. It’s a shame the hotel is a touch dated but the staff make up for this. Highly recommend :)

We're staying for 5 nights and we couldn't ask for a cleaner, comfier room. The staff are wonderful, always there to greet you with a big smile on their faces and always ask if we have everything we need. Beds are comfortable, best sleep I've had in a long time with no noise from other rooms. Big thank you to the hotel team for making a stressful situation better for us! 

Loved my stay here even though it was only 1 night, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Made me feel very welcome. My room was perfectly clean and had everything in there what i needed. I had the best nights sleep, bed was so comfy.

Fabulous hotel and amazing staff who checked us in! Definitely will return when visiting Birmingham. Very comfortable and close to where we was visiting. Prompt check in and wonderful room. All ready as requested. 

Room was nice and as we expected. Debbie on reception was fantastic. She couldn’t do any more to help us. Got us in for early check in and got a room closer to where the rest of the wedding party was. 

One of the best PIs that we have stayed in. Clean and tidy. Comfortable. Quiet. Family friendly from check in to departure! 
Kids got an activity pack which was a sweet little unexpected extra.
The hotel has a link hall area to the restaurant so no having to go out in the rain to get to dinner/breakfast. 
The Beefeater was top too! Steaks were perfectly cooked. Friendly service staff. Really enjoyable evening meal. The atmosphere in the reataurant was great. Busy enough for a buzz but not over busy to affect service. Breakfaat was brilliant. All hot and fresh. The waiter was fabulous and sourced my boy a sweet waffle as he had no pancakes! Made his day! 
All in all a fab night stay, well worth a visit, and if we are back this way needing a room, this place is top of our list!

AMAZING STAFF

Fantastic 

Saturday one nighter road trip!

Hockley Heath (Solihull) has ample free parking and, as always with Premier Inn, we had a comfortable stay. Bus stop outside the hotel provided frequent services to Solihull and Stratford'. We used the weekend stay to visit relatives around Solihull and did an enjoyable walk along the canal from Hatton Locks into Warwick.

Comfortable stay with a good Beefeater for breakfast and dinner.  Helpful staff who helped when we needed to move rooms because there was no socket next to the bed.  Big car park with plenty of spaces. Quiet rooms.

Comfortable Stay

Comfortable, warm and loyal, friendly staff.
Speed ramps need to be changed, discomforting to passenger.
Choice of continental food limited.  More fruit and pastries would make it complete.
Other than that, I recommend it an ideal place to stay - with top quality services.
