Breakfast was really nice the restaurant was busy so I was surprised how fast the food came the staff was amazing Sam and Sophie was so polite would recommend to friends and family I will definitely be visiting again soon and maybe next time stay in the hotel

Brill customer service- we hadn’t booked 2 twin rooms but the manager looked if we could swap to ensure we had the second twin room we would be most comfortable in instead of the standard were fully booked response. She even made the bed up herself. Really clean and tidy quiet and comfy room. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfy beds & no noise from roads. 
We all got a great nights sleep. 
We ate in the Beefeater. Menu choice was great however, kids spaghetti bolognese wasn’t good, should have sent it back. 
The rest of the food was ok

The manager and staff are some of the most helpful and friendly I have encountered checking into a hotel.  They were efficient, professional, accommodating and kind.  Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean; I would recommend to anyone in future coming to visit the area.  The manager came in to work early and still had time to assist me, I cannot fault the service.

I  have been staying at Premier Inn Solihull M42 for last 2 months and am  pleased to say I am quite satisfied with the service at the reception desk and the rooms are well maintained and clean. 
House keeping standards are good and any requests for room clean, towel change have been quick. No issues.

Lovely clean room with comfortable bed and beautifully clean sheets. Really quiet. Reception staff were great.  Worth the money.  Good for the M42 corridor.   Free parking on site.  Didn't have breakfast there as went to Costa down the road.

I had a procedure done nearby the hotel and  the hotel was recommended as it was the closest. I explained at the front desk about my procedure and we requested early check in, the lady on the front went out of her way to find us a ready room before even many had checked out. They made up the sofa bed to make me more comfortable and requested that if I needed anything to just ask. Even though it was a short stay I would definitely recommend the hotel as the service was amazing

First time staying at this particular inn but hopefully not the last. 
The lovely lady on reception when we checked in noticed I use a walking stick and immediately changed not only mine but also my parents rooms to the ground floor (there is no lifts) 
The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Laura and Ben at reception are so kind and can’t do enough to help you. 10/10 would stay again. Beds are super comfy and having beefeater over the road is an added bonus! Rooms are always so clean too.

The reception staff and personnel were excellent and so friendly.
Would highly recommend this location, the rooms were clean well maintained and warm.
The staff made our stay so pleasant we will definitely be using this hotel in the future, having stayed at more expensive hotels this Premier hotel is so much nicer.

The room was nice with nice bed better to go.with.some one next time tho
Good room tho bit expensive to hire the room just for one  night out though way too dear just to hire  one room out to be honest never again 

Hotel 

It is a good location to break up a long drive. Great comfortable beds as usual. Easy to park. Smooth check-in, and a staff member offered to help carry my case upstairs. There is a Beefeater restaurant opposite for breakfast, dinner, or drinks.
