Went here with 9 lasses for a birthday weekend it was a fab stay very clean and comfy excellent host lovely added extras sweets and bottled water 10 min walk to town/beach would 100% recommend to any1  thank you for a fab stay 😁😁

Lovely room, nice and clean.
Hosts were warm, friendly and always available.
A nice distance from the town which meant it wasn’t noisy or busy in the area.
I would definitely return and recommend.

Just home from a lovely holiday in Skegness.  We stayed at the Knighton Lodge in Skegness for a week.  The hosts Julie and Jade went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.  We had a downstairs spacious bedroom very clean and adapted for disabilities. It also has a balcony with table and chairs.   Breakfast was extremely good plenty of variety.  We were supplied with water and fresh orange juice to put in our room in the fridge which was a god sent with the weather being so hot.  We will definitely be going again a most enjoyable holiday

5th visit! But this time Julie & Jade made us most welcome! We stayed in the Derby room....so spacious and plenty of room for our wheelchair & mobile hoist! Lovely & clean ...fridge in room. The single bed is able to move up and down electronically. Breakfast was beautifully presented ...full English plus fruit / cereals etc! Kept hot constantly ! Julie is a lovely host .. couldn't do enough.  Highly recommended a stay here! We will be back next year !

We have been there for a few nights and it was a great stay. Nice and clean, the owners Chris and Steve do everything to make your stay comfortable, very kind and friendly. If you go to that area, it's one of the best places to stay. The location is good to reach a lot of other places or towns to visit. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. We couldn't ask more. Strongly recommended!!!

Stayed here for 6 nights ,very friendly couple steve and chris ,couldn't do enough for you, we had tennyson room on 1st floor ,nice room with sofa,tv ,little fridge and a very large bathroom ,breakfast was very good when we got up for it,we were shown how to get to the beach through the snicket at the end of the cul-de-sac ,chris and steve even gave us some fishing chairs for the beach,it a nice walk to the centre (10 mins) at the end of the road there are 2 chinese takeaways and a pizza takeaway which chris provided us with plates and cutlery  ,also there is a spar across the road that provides anything you need,all in all a very enjoyable stay ,thank you both

Just stayed here with my family for a long weekend and I've got to say what a lovely host Chris and Steve were. Nothing was to much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean.
 The breakfast is absolutely amazing and there is plenty of it. Rooms were spacious with clean towels daily. I really cannot fault the place in any way..
 We will look forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks again.

Booked a last minute stay here this weekend on a recommendation of our usual hotel that was full. We were greeted by Chris, orientated to the lodge, breakfast order taken, accommodating the children’s breakfast wishes too and shown to our room which was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and a little more! We cannot fault our stay, Chris and Steve were wonderful hosts and nothing was any bother for them. It was a home from home stay, they spoke to my children rather than asking me what they would like they spoke about local walks we could try and things we might like to see after dark! Honestly such a lovely place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We will recommend to others now and also be back!!

Stayed at the wonderful Knighton Lodge in early August for a week
This was a wonderful experience with Steve and Chris being the perfect hosts.The room was first class as was the breakfast.I have nothing but praise for how we were treated from arriving to departing.Would highly recommend and we will be returning to this lovely environment soon.

We stayed here overnight and wished we could have stayed longer. We had a wonderful family room. Plenty of space, bed was extremely comfortable (we slept so well we were late for breakfast!). Everything was very clean. I thought the decor was a little dated, however it didn’t affect our stay. The owner Chris was lovely and welcoming when we arrived and couldn’t have done any more for our fussy eating children at breakfast. I would definitely recommend and we’re all looking forward to staying here again.

Fantastic stay

We had a lovely stay here last weekend . The owners Chris & Steve do everything in their power to make your stay so comfortable it's like home from home . Although it was fully booked it was so quite we had a lovely nights sleep .our room was warm & comfy with everything you could wish for , lovely & clean , beautiful bedding & a comfortable bed with TV , Kettle , Hairdryer , Tray with coffee , tea & hot chocolate , fresh milk ( a bonus ) I hate the little packs of milk that take forever to undo & spill everywhere . The ensuite was warm a lovely hot shower with a seat you could put inside if you needed to sit down . Breakfast was a really good English with cereal , Yoghurt & toast . We would definitely Book again as we always go up to see my Brother- in-Law Ray . I would definitely recommend this lovely B&B to anyone !!!

We stayed at the knighton for 1 night and wish it could have been longer.we was greeted by Chris who was so friendly and George the parrot,we was shown to our room witch was beautiful and spotless,little details like swan towels and a mini fridge were delightful the bed was so comfy,the bathroom was huge and had soft fluffy towels ,tea coffee,hot chocolate and biscuits  were available in the room,the brekfast was good quality ingredients filling and Chris was on hand to offer us more of everything and george kept us entertaind,Steve came and had a chat was very friendly , you can even have take aways in your room ,if we was marking the knighton on a four in the bed review it would be 10s all the way and we would defantly return ,thanks for a wonderful stay.
