Want a clean place to stay , then look no further the rooms were immaculate and then to add to that the host barbra was like amazing and then to top it off with a full English plus a variety of continental available fantastic cannot express how fab

First stay at this B&B,certainly will not be the last.
Booked  again for same time next year in the same room. Location perfect for a nice walk into town.
Host Barbara very welcoming and friendly. 
Room and amenities great  everything  we needed was there.

Weekend away with my wife . This bed and breakfast hotel is tucked away in a side street five minutes from the sea front . The bed I sank in it and slept like a baby . My breakfast was hot and plentiful cooked to perfection. The hosts could not have done anymore to make the stay any better. Thanks .

Very welcoming, very clean b&b very homely but professionaly run.  Room Was compact but nicely decorated and clean.  Everything you could need in the room. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and plentiful. 

The inn place is definitely the best guest house in Skegness. Barbara the host  should be a national treasure, she gives the best welcome you could wish for,  her rooms are absolutely spotless and cleaned daily, nothing is too much trouble and she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic stay. As for her breakfasts, everything is cooked to perfection if having the full English. There is also a varied option of cereal, fruit, and toast if you prefer something lighter. This is our 2nd time here and already we have booked 2 breaks for next year also. We would never stay anywhere else now, and if you decide to give Barbara a visit, then I can say with confidence that you would also be a returning guest.
A wonderful establishment which gives the keenest prices and value for money you can find. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
                                    

Wonderful Bed and Breakfast at a really good price. Barbara was an efficient friendly host. The rooms were very clean with lots of facilities. Added extras like tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits, water and shower gel a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

Stayed for 5 nights, we were looked after the moment we walked in . The whole place was spotlessly clean , rooms were lovely, cleaned every morning and tea ,coffee and biscuits replenish daily.. 
The breakfast was lovely, piping hot .. Barbra is a lovely host and nothing is to much bother .. would definitely recommend.

The best hotel been in in Skegness Barbara is the best landlady rooms clean bed spot on shower  ok everything and the breakfasts. Out of this world and been in a lot of hotels in Skegness but Barbara is the very best car parking spot on  thank you Barbara beback soon

We Have been visiting Skegness for so long we even ran a small hotel there,
we came across the Inn Place B&B , which is run by the loveliest owner Barbra
the price was great, the breakfast is included and it defiantly the best breakfast ever.
You can park up there and just walk to anywhere in minutes, The rooms are ample size all with ensuite, the dining are is beautiful, to be honest there was no Faults at all,
we had a great time there, We got on great with Barbra, The perfect host.
i would highly recommend This B&B, you wont be disappointed

Best B&B in Skegness

Stayed march 2022 cannot recommend highly enough rooms were spotless bed was fresh and very comfortable yes it was a small room but everything you needed was in there breakfast was beautiful a good choice for the asking price of the room Barbara is a lovely lady. Do not hesitate to stay here you will not be disappointed

Excellent stay

Stayed for one night and loved it. Barbara is a great host..every friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed.Very peaceful location near to all amenities and town centre. The breakfast was lovely..lots of choice..the cooked breakfast was fresh,very tasty and hot..loved it. If you need somewhere to stay in Skegness you should try this b and b  you will not be disappointed.
