We were made to feel very welcome on arrival by Melanie. The room ( and the whole place) is immaculate and well decorated and fitted.  Breakfast was amazing nothing too much. We had a fab stay thank you to Melanie and the rest of the staff . We will definitely be back

Had a lovely 3 night stay at the Fairfax,couldn't of been happier.  Just a few minutes walk to the clocktower. Had room 5 on the first floor , 2 double beds and a private bathroom with shower and a bath . The cooked breakfast was beautiful. The place was spotless .  I would not hesitate to stay here again , a little gem of a find .  😍

Really lovely place!  Clearly a very houseproud owner who takes great care of everything - cleanliness, decor and breakfast.  We stayed in a family room that was beautifully decorated - with our 9yr-old and 3 dogs (the youngster was up for a ju-jitsu competition).  Breakfasts were fab, price was very reasonable.  Wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we're ever back in Skegness.  Book direct :)

Lovely accommodation and pet friendly.
Breakfast excellent  and good selection . Rooms cleaned everyday  and get  fresh fluffy towels and nice touches such as hot chocolate and biscuits.
Will be booking again 

Our third visit to The Fairfax and as always another fabulous stay. Kath was waiting to greet us when we arrived and remembered us, which is lovely as she must ass so many people come and go. 
Room was impeccable and the breakfast was  hot and fresh.
100% Doggie friendly and Stanlee loves it. 
We'll definitely be back next year 😁

This was overall a great stay Kathleen and everybody at the fairfax where very welcoming the breakfast was great room clean and tidy and the location is perfect literally minutes from the beach which was really good there is plenty to do surrounding the hotel and lots of places to get food help offered whenever help needed couldn’t ask for more.

Myself, my mum, and son stayed here in August 2022. The service was impeccable. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. The b&b was spotlessly clean, and the b&b service,and food was 5 star all round, we stayed in a lovely family room. We will definitely be returning to stay this year. Thankyou Kath. Great b&b, definitely one of the best we've stayed in.

Me and my best friend visited this place for a little break. We had wonderful time . Hotel was so lovely Xmas decorated and was really warm in, considering the weather outside. Kathleen as a host was brilliant , she is great cook 🥰. We will be returning back next year for sure.  Lots of love Kathleen from Sylv and Dasha

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfax. We received a warm and friendly greeting by the host upon arrival and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room at no additional cost. The facilities were excellent as was the standard of cleanliness. The beds were super comfy, we were lovely and warm, we were provided with plenty of towels and the hospitality tray was well stocked. The breakfast was the best we have ever had. All the staff we met were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Parking was easy and the location of the Fairfax meant we only had a short walk to the town centre and the beach. The Fairfax really feels like a "home from home" and cannot be faulted. A Wonderful Stay

Stayed Early October for 3 days mid week -  
Took Short notice  booking  for 2 adults  with 2 dogs without any trouble .   
Premises very clean. 
Breakfast is fantastic and the staff are obliging and helpfull.
If I wanted to complain, I would have been dissapointed.

Just spent 2 nights here could not find any thing bad to say kath was very accommodating the room was very nice bed comfy and little extras like biscuits with your tea and coffee and chocolate making facilities and the breakfast well what can I say it’s was amazing big enough to last you all day long hope to return soon.recommend it to anybody

Amazing place

We have just returned home after a 4 night stay at The Fairfax, it was lovely and clean, food was amazing, staff very friendly room was immaculate! Pet friendly our little dog loved it he even had his scrambled eggs for breakfast, Kath went above & beyond on our stay! We will most definitely be regular guests at The Fairfax!!
