Really enjoyable stay. Josie and Paul were very friendly and helpful. Loverly breakfast and breakfast area. Room was spacious and clean and nice large bathroom.  This property is close to everything you would want to visit. Would highly recommend.

Everything was excellent, no problems whatsoever.

After originally booking at sunny side accommodation to get there and be chucked out by the new owners who wanted us to pay again as they had just taken over we had to book ASAP in a new b&b. 
We are thrilled to have chosen here, the room is beautifully done, very at home feel, as a pair of council workers it is absolutely spick and span clean! 
We really did get the better option here! The hosts were so welcoming at last minute for us we couldn't be happier. Very close to amenities too.

We had a lovely one night stay here, very welcoming and lovely hosts. Would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend.

Amazing time with this lovely couple they were so nice I was looked after very well fab guest house and breakfast was so good I met there lovely dog Gabby and the parrot I felt right at home I had a great holiday and will definitely be back thank you guys u are doing a great job I enjoy staying with you Sharon

Really enjoyed our stay here was very welcoming Paul and Josie was very friendly and went out there way to assist you   had a lovely sleep beds was just right close to everything just a walk away from the sea front will definitely stay again made us feel welcome in there home thank for a wonderful stay

Fabulous hotel, excellent breakfasts, food plentiful.
We stayed in room 10 ground floor as my husband is an invalid. Nothing too much trouble for Josie and Paul. They provided my husband with shower chair, raised seat toilet chair and extra pillows to support him in bed.Josie always made sure a mobility scooter was available for Alan’s use if needed.
They went more than the “extra mile” to ensure our stay was more than comfortable. We will definitely be returning in December. 
Both Josie and Paul are friendly, hospitable and excellent hosts. 11/10

Amazing

We have been going to Whiteways for 18 months now. We absolutely love it. Our visits are always pleasurable.

Lovely little find in Skegness which was really handy for both the High Street and sea front. Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a king sized bed also good sized en-suite too. There was another large shower room on the same floor as well.  
Hosts were friendly and helpful so couldn't really ask for more in a B&B. 

Would happily return!

I WILL START BY SAYING THE HOSTS WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE.
THE BREAKFAST WAS DELIOUS, THEY EVEN DO FRIED BREAD WITH THE FULL BREAKFAST AND POACHED EGG WHICH ALOT OF B AND B DON'T. 
WE STAYED IN ROOM 12( GROUND FLOOR )WHICH HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN NEXT YEAR. 

AMAZING HOSTS

We received a very warm welcome from Paul and Josie.  The room was lovely and clean with en-suite. Our room was downstairs as I have mobility problems. The breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely and hot The hotel is very near the front at Skegness.  We were there for a week, but had such a lovely stay we will be going back.
Paul and Josie were excellent hosts.Josie unfortuately had damaged her shoulder and  Carol who was assisting with the breakfasts again very helpful.
Would recommend to anyone.

FANTASTC WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Stayed 2 nights over Easter this is our 2nd visit to this hotel we took our friends with us this time for us it's in a great location  not far from railway station 5 minute walk rooms lovely  bright and clean breakfast was excellent and josie and Paul the hosts are lovely  people nothing to much trouble 2 them wouldn't stop any where else in skegness we stopped in ground floor rooms

Welcoming

Was absolutely spotless, the breaky was great and the sausages made it for me, Paul and josie are excellent hostess, night time you can't hear a pin drop. It's only a couple of hundred yards to the town went to steak and stuff, top draw, but you have got to book. Had a great couple of days, defo going back.

Good value for the money clean and tidy en suite, lovely breakfast and great couple that run the hotel. Parking at property front was great.
