Fabulous location, a short walk to the seafront or into Shanklin 
Room had everything you could want and more including Fridge & coffee machine. 
Paul was so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were exactly as we ordered

A very pleasant stay in a lovely room with a view.  Good breakfast, with a variety of cereals and plenty of choice for a cooked breakfast. A very good welcome.  The bed was comfortable and the room had a range of useful facilities.

Our first trip to the IOW . Booked via the website. This is a Quality B&B , warm welcome, spotlessly clean in all areas our rooms were comfortable fresh linen beautiful soft white towels and a nice range of accessories. The breakfast offerings are very good and well organised. Exceeded all expectations.

Delicious breakfast with plenty of option excellent service.

Really friendly, quiet B&B and great VFM for peak season on the Island. While not on the seafront, the Kenbury is a 5 minute walk from Shanklin train station and about 100 yards from a regular and reliable bus service to Sandown & Ryde eastwards and Ventnor westwards. Excellent, informal breakfast, served by a friendly and attentive geezer, with veggies well catered for. Highly recommended.

This was my first ever visit to the Isle of Wight so it took much research to find the ideal location to stay - this fitted the bill perfectly and I was not disappointed.

I was greeted my Paul who was extremely helpful and told me everything I needed to know and suggested some places to visit.

The room, despite being a 'small double' was actually a pretty good size and it suited me to a tee.  The bed was comfortable and it had been a long time since I slept that well!
The tea and coffee was very adequately stocked and there was also a fridge with fresh milk which was a great addition.  
Had a slight issue with the shower as the water pressure wasn't great but definitely did not detract from my overall experience.

The breakfast was absolutely superb - there's a choice of a full English or you can choose one of the lighter options (there's a fantastic choice).  You order your breakfast the day/night before using an order form - I experienced this elsewhere last year and I think it works very well.
As well as the 'main' breakfast you also get a choice of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and toast as well as the usual tea and coffee - it was a superb choice and set up.

The B&B is also superbly located - good for parking and just a 5 minute walk (if that) to the railway station.  Also just a short 15 minute walk to the beach and amenities.

Overall, I had a superb stay here and will definitely be back at some point!

A fabulous stay at the Kenbury for Her on a Hill's walking holiday. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts excellent. There is also a guest lounge which was a real bonus as we were travelling as a group. The hotel is also really handy for the station which is a bonus.
We will be back next year. Thank you to Paul, Paolo and team for your hard work and the warm welcome. 

A lovely stay in a Victorian houseAttentive and efficient staff.

Very nice B&B and Paolo was great. Good breakfast, comfortable bed and kept very clean. A short walk to the Esplanade or into town. Only downside is parking, there was enough when we were there (even with the typical Mercedes driver taking 2 spaces!) but inconsiderate neighbours parked (or dumped!) their old vans outside making it tricky to get in and out. Would definitely go again and recommend.

A great guesthouse which is better than many 4star hotels.Staying in a Superior Room it was a good size, lovely and clean and with great extras such as separate "Dressing Room", fridge, fresh milk, complimentary water, pod coffee machine, slippers and towelling gowns.The usual tea & coffee facilities also had a wide choice including hot chocolate and shortbread biscuits.Breakfast was delicious cooked to order with plenty of self serve toast, cereals, juices, yogurts etc. to compliment. Service was brilliant. I chose this guesthouse on its reviews and was not disappointed.An excellent 3 day break our thanks to hosts Paulo and Paul.
