We can thoroughly recommend this excellent B&B, Alan and Marilyn make you very welcome.  The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean.  Lovely comfortable beds and many extras thoughtfully added to make your stay comfortable.  The breakfasts are delicious and you look out from the orangery onto a beautiful garden.  We have returned a number of times and hope to again next year. 

Marion and Allan made us very welcome, and were very attentive throughout our stay. The attention to detail made this B&B equal to a five star hotel. 
We would strongly recommend this B&B to anyone who is looking for a quality place to stay on the Isle of Wight.

This was our third stay at Rosemary B&B and every bit as lovely as the last 2 stays. We had a warm welcome from Alan and Marilyn and as always they couldn’t be more accommodating. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the garden. The breakfast was delicious each morning. We thoroughly recommend Rosemary for a great base to enjoy the IOW. No words to express how we felt staying at this beautiful abode… Allan and Marlyn made us feel that we are at home. The breakfast was incredibly delicious. The way they have maintained the rooms are equivalent to a 5 star hotel. A visit to their private garden is a must. Once again we had a lovely stay at Rosemary.   Marilyn and Alan always give a warm welcome and we feel more like friends than guests.  The breakfasts are delicious and served in the orangery with a lovely view of the beautiful garden.  Our room as always was so comfortable, spotlessly clean and relaxing with all the facilites you might need during your stay.

This was our third stay at Rosemary, Alan and Marilyn always make us so welcome and once again we had a wonderful three nights with the most delicious breakfast being served in the Orangery overlooking the pretty garden which we have seen develop since our first visit. We can highly recommend the full English and the smoked salmon with scrambled egg. Our room has been newly decorated and is as lovely and comfortable as before with everything thought of to make our stay so lovely and relaxing.  We wouldn't stay anywhere else on the island.

Third year on the trot we have stayed with Alan and Marilyn and can see many more years to come. This is more than a guest house, really do feel like we are being welcomed into their home. Spotlessly clean, rooms are lovely with a great shower and Alan does a wonderful breakfast!!!
I really am very fussy about where I stay, but the warm welcome we receive every year; it really is like going to see members of your family every year (nice members of your family!!!)

Another great weekend

From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were treated like 'family' and shown to our beautifully appointed bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom.   The king size bed was VERY comfortable and there was plenty of room in the built in wardrobe for our 3 day stay.  The breakfast next morning was fabulous with plenty of food choices worthy of a 5 star hotel.  We were given our own keys to the bedroom and front door and we could go as we pleased spending each day visiting the many tourist spots on the island.  Well done to Alan and Marilyn for looking after us so well.

What a lovely B and B, my mum and I had such a nice stay a couple of weeks ago weekend. Marilyn and Alan were helpful and accommodating. Lovely breakfast, perfect poached eggs! The everywhere was very clean with modern decoration. The garden was beautiful to look at through the large windows during breakfast. It was perfect, even the towels were soft. 
I would highly recommend staying at the Rosemary B and B, thank you.

A really lovely place to stay

As soon as we arrived we were given a lovely welcome by Marilyn and Alan which straight away made us feel at home. Our room was spotlessly clean, lovely and warm and the bed extremely comfortable. A very thoughtful touch - a torch in the bedside cabinet. The two windows gave a good view of the garden. The en suite was great and included a mirror cupboard above the basin which was handy for toothbrushes and other of the usual bathroom items. 
The breakfast was first class, good choices of cereals and fruit plus perfectly cooked and presented full English breakfast or choice of cooked items.
Our stay over three days was very enjoyable with Alan and Marilyn being the perfect host and hostess.

A Lovely Welcome at Rosemary B&B

We have been making our annual "Pilgrimage" to my old homeland of the Isle of Wight since 2009. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere but "Rosemary", and nor should anyone wanting top quality accommodation.Recommendable without a moment's hesitation; Alan & Marilyn are the  most amicable and efficient of hosts and they have become friends.
