Great location, lovely space - would come back!

Great staff and excellent coffee. Modern and comfortable rooms in a buzzing location.

Highly recommended and it will be my hotel of choice when visiting Glasgow which I do a lot. Great location in Merchant City, very funky and modern but also chilled and welcoming. Rooms are modern. The cafe are is excellent and the breakfasts and food choices are superb. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great open are on the ground floor with a pool table and ping pong table and plenty of places for those who need to work on their laptop. I will be back for sure.

Very new and clean hotel catering to college students. It was very quiet and a great location for pubs and restaurants.

If you are looking for a classic hotel experience, then this might not be the place for you. The Social Hub was welcoming, friendly, bustling and relaxed. The space is organised for you to meet people, chat and to spend time in rather than anonymously drift in and out. I loved the communal spaces, always quietly busy with people working and chatting. The staff were lovely, the food and drink selection excellent, we played pool and table tennis and used the gym. We also got the breakfast which was really good. Our room was lovely - quiet, comfy bed, good facilities, ok shower, good storage. My only issue was how dark it was! The lighting was a bit too atmospheric. If you like the social aspect of a hostel but want something more upmarket and comfortable, then you shoild definitely stay here next time you are in Glasgow!

Excellent facilities including pool tables, cafe and bar, and co-working desksBed was super comfortable and the room was really well designed with sockets in thoughtful places and USB ports for charging devicesLovely spacious shower and bathroomI will definitely be staying back here when I am next in Glasgow

One of the best hotels I have stayed in

Overall, a really nice stay. The only downsides for me were I wish there was a fridge and microwave in the room and the noise from the nearby multi-storey car park was so loud even with the windows fully closed and the curtains pulled. The staff were lovely and the room was basic but comfortable. Nice shower and provided shower gels and creams.

What a great place, was a little wary due to it not just being a hotel set up that I’m used too when I looked at it but it had such great reviews and just want to say it had such an awesome vibe to it.  So relaxed and so not stuffy, a happy, funky smart clean hotel with such lovely staff.Dinner was delicious and breakfast choices vast! Only one thing was the sink wasn’t in the bathroom and that could get a little annoying with slightly less privacy if staying with someone else but overall I’ll def be back. Surrounding area all nice with quirky pubs, cafes restaurants etc

We stayed here for 2 nights for a gig and city break. The whole place was modern, clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. The concept of the hub is fantastic too. I wish there were more of these in the UK. We'll be looking to stay at the other European locations in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic Concept

This is a new hotel with a new type of experience. You feel part of a community, not just a stay over. We liked it. Didn't get the time to experience every thing on offer but what we 'felt' was refreshing. A new way!The Social Hub's location in Glasgow's Merchant City, can't be bettered, the new Candleriggs Square is not completely finish yet, but when it is, it will add a new plaza to this old famous neighbourhood. Loved it, this is now our come too place when we come back to Glasgow.

A new way!

Very clean .Nice vibe . Amazingly comfortable beds and pillows. Only issue we had was when a person tried to enter the room on Saturday morning ( not a member of  staff) they had a key card and said that we were in their room . Reported to reception staff on check out who said a manager would look into it and get back to me . No response as yet .

Room security issue

As someone who has been to Glasgow couple of times, I found the location pretty good. Our room was comfortable and spacious . It was obvious that the hotel is new. The king size bed was very comfortable and newly furnished room was clean. The lobby was looking fun to hang out but we didn’t have much time. Hope the hotel can maintain the comfort as age. Definitely would want to come there again
