Lovely stay at sunny side guest house 4 nights  close to all amenities short walk into town bonus that the lady has a cafe just up the road too , great food really lovely staff highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Myself and my partner have just enjoyed 2 lovely nights at Sunnyside. The room was really comfortable and very clean. I usually struggle to sleep while I'm away but I didn't here.Joanne was really helpful and friendly and we will definitely be returning.Thankyou so much. Angie and John

Stayed here for the weekend in September 2019 what a lovely apartment furnished to a very high standard.
Dave the owner was very helpful advising us of were to eat and could not do enough to help.
Lots of room and the location could not be better for the marina and spa.

We had a lovely attic bed room with a sea view. It was really clean with comfortable beds
The breakfast was excellent with a good choice . Very quick service . 
The hotel is in a good position looking out to sea.

Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend ................. lovely hotel .............. and lovely owner ...............Joanne the owner also runs toast box just a few minutes walk up the road ................ she does lovely home cooked food which is fantastic we had a lovely homemade Sunday dinner ..........................both the hotel and the cafe is great value for your money ................. the hotel is in a ideal place .

A lovely little guest house with plenty of 90s charm. The owner is lovely and check in was very simple. Its extremely well situated for the North Bay amenities and beach. 

The rooms are small but laid out in a way that you get a lot of storage and a large bed in the small space. The rooms are basic but you wouldn't expect anything else, you get a TV, shower, drawers, bed, en suite toilet and wardrobe. 

The only downside is that the walls are a little thin and our neighbour accused us of being rude in bed (we weren't and hadn't at all) as the bed moved when getting and hit the wall (highlighting the thin walls).

Just stayed the one night due to attending concert at OAT. Was a good location. The B&B and our room was clean and tidy. Double bed was comfortable. I would say it was on par with other B&B’s I’ve stayed in in Scarborough. Would book again

Weekend away for a break , bedroom was very basis no room to move around shower area very small  for anyone tall would struggle which I did, curtains were very thin let light in too early, tv reception very weak  not ideal with a child wanting to watch

Visited here for one night with my husband as we were attending a concert at the open air theatre and location was excellent.

However I will not be returning the place is really run down and definitely in need of a lick of paint here and there. It smelt really musty and the room was a family room in the attic, they had managed to squeeze in a double bed bunk beds and a bed settee, and all the furniture was mis matched it was very cramped as was the shower room. The shower curtain was a bit grubby too. There was only 1 tea bag for 2 people and no spoons to stir your drink. 

Will not be staying here again and not worth £75 as breakfast is not included.
