Stayed with my 2 dogs for 2 nights and was made to feel very welcome. Lots of personal touches (a fridge with milk and bottled water, biscuits, own towels/showercap, extra heater in the room, full length mirror etc) were much appreciated. The surroundings are lovely - oh so peaceful but an easy drive to local eateries. Great breakfast in the mornings made by Jenny, sets you up for the day. Thank you Jenny and Duncan, hope we will meet again.

Located near Grafham Water and well back from the main road at the end of the farm drive. There are several rooms and ours was large and comfortable. Nice large shower. Breakfast using local produce was excellent and set us up for the day. Wi fi struggled a bit but just managed a bit of browsing and email checking, the joy of rural Internet.

We stayed for 3 nights to see friends and relations living nearby. As we live in a quiet spot this was ideal for us, with no traffic noise whatsoever. Comfortable beds with a very good shower followed by an excellent breakfast thanks to Jenny. We couldn't have asked for more.

My sister and I recently stayed for 5 nights during the difficult time of our father's funeral.  Jenny made us feel very welcome and cared for.  The rooms were clean and full of the details you need to feel at home away from home.  The breakfasts were delicious and well-cooked, even my eggs were done exactly as I like them which can be difficult, I admit.  The house is old and lovely and the spot idyllic and quiet yet close enough to the main road not to feel cut off.  We will be back next year and I look forward to staying here again.

Stayed last weekend for one night in twin room,. Very comfortable and close to Grafham Water which was great for us fishermen. Really friendly hosts and staying in a beautiful farmhouse was a traet. The breakfast was fantastic setting us up for the day ahead. Many thanks Jenny   see youi again soon
