We stayed at the Malvern and cannot fault the hotel in any way. The room in fact the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff could not be more helpful, taking extra care to make sure we were well looked after .there was ample parking and the area was quiet at night all in all a very happy experience 10/10 Thank you
