Highly recommend!!! WHERE DID YOU ALL STAY? WE LOVED IT HERE!!! Stayed 2 nights and would go back. All staff were absoloutely amazing, all were beyond polite and couldnt do enough for us. I want to write the last great act first, because this is the most important. I left a very expensive lipstick, limited edition by Jeffree Star, in the hotel room. I rang the hotel, they went to go and get it, wrote my address down,and they posted it to me for free ... I can not thank them enough. The staff go above and beyond and I am so grateful. My sister and I are often met with prejudice when we go away due to our alternative style, however this hotel treated us exceptionally well. They were all happy to engage in conversation with us. We met 4 members of staff? The first was a young gentlemen with facial hair, who greeted us upon arrival, he was lovely and showed us to our room, explained how the front door worked and if we needed anything to ask away. Room was warm, clean and tidy. We were asked if we needed anything extra, only think we wanted was an extra towel but, they emptied our bins, gave us extra milk for the kettle, made the beds. Honestly the most friendliest hotel we've been in. THEY HAVE A HAIRDRYER AT RECEPTION. Just ask. On our last night, a male was manning the desk, couldnt have been older than us? In his 20's? Was absolutely lovely. First, got us the hairdryer and told us to take our time with it ^_^ ... Then he went ABOVE AND BEYOND.. we encounted a huge wasp in our bathroom. I am terrified of them, sister is a little scared. This man on duty, who was also petrified of wasps came up to our room to help us fight the battle against this foe. First I wanted to kill it, he borrowed us an Air Wick spray XD Sister did not like that idea, so the three of us (I watched) had a mission to get it out the window. We did successfully. Left the hotel and passed the keys to a lady, she was lovely and we expressed our gratitude of how well they had treated us and that we'd potentially be back if we got stranded (as floods were cancelling all our trains home, 5 hours away) They were more than happy to let us go back if we were stuck. No idea what you are all complaining about. We stayed in room 9.
