Excellent location, friendly reception and restaurant staff
The lady on reception on Thursday evening was very helpful and took a lot of pride in her job. A credit to the Premier Inn

Had a lovely stay here.  Yvette was great and sorted out a booking mix up upon checking in quickly and smoothly and we really appreciated it, she was lovely.  Location was great. Had food in the KFC next door, drinks in the bar and being next to Aldi and Starbucks too was a bonus.   Room was clean and comfortable and we slept well.  We often visit North Wales and will be returning here again, really enjoyed it.

Smiling friendly staff . Very comfortable indeed. Staff were really helpful . Rooms beautifully clean . Comfy beds . Nice quiet location with a friendly pub/ bistro next door where dinner/ breakfast were available at really reasonable price .

I have stayed here on numerous occasions and each time has been excellent, and i've never have any issues/faults with the place.
I always receive a warm welcoming check in, all the staff are extremely friendly and would do anything to help.
The rooms are always spotless and have everything i need.
Location is always perfect for me when visiting family.
There's also Aldi for your essentials and the Village Masala for a great indian.
The meals next door in Table Table are always great.

Very good experience. Lovely stay. Clean and tidy room, bedding was always fresh and great location. Great staff and the manager was amazing with any enquiry I had.

I have had a nice. At this place thank you very much the staff are lovely the manager was very helpful. The room was clean and the toilet breakfast was nice plus you can ring taxi from reception which I food very helpful thanks will stay again. 

Great hotel stayed here few times now and had always been a pleasure stayed for weddings and various other parties in the area would highly recommend toanyone wanting to stay in this area location is good for a base

Loved the location of the hotel. The staff always were friendly and appreciative,the staff in the restaurant we had a good laugh with. The food in Table table was fabulous.
Definitely come back next week.

We had no problems with our stay at this Premier Inn. Parking was easy and free. The check in staff were friendly and our room and bathroom were as expected - clean and comfortable.
The hotel is on 2 floors with no lift and we had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs, which could be a problem for some people. Room service has to be requested the night before and that suited us fine as we stayed for only 2 nights and we did not need housekeeping to enter the room during our stay. Refreshments could be replaced from a unit in reception.
The Table table restaurant is next door and there is an Aldi across the road.
We had not been to Rhuddlan before and were pleasantly surprised. There is a castle nearby and an attractive river running through the town.
