I didn't stay at this accommodation so cannot voice an opinion, but I did have a meal and I found the food to be enjoyable, the staff were extremely friendly and the surroundings comfortable, I will be going again.

Welcoming and Friendly

A pleasant place to stay over a pub, although I was working on nights and sleeping through the day there was not much noise. The owners have an on going decoration plan which keeps the rooms up to an acceptable standard. The prices are very good especially for longer stays. 
The only down side in my opinion is that the pub doesn't do food, but there is plenty of choice within a short walk. Oh and the wifi was not working ( at least in the room I was in).

My stay at The White Hart Inn Redditch.

Stayed at the White Hart Inn as we were attending a venue in their function room. It was £45 for a double room.  Yes the room was basic but was clean.  The people were very friendly and provided a large tasty fully cooked breakfast as we were the only guests on this stay they asked us what time we would like breakfast and laid the table ready for the time requested excellent service provided.  Thankyou

Value for money

Called to book three bedrooms, tone from the woman on the phone wasn't particularly friendly - felt like I was being an annoyance! This was repeated when we came to check in the next day, no welcome with a smile or how we were, just handed three customer info forms to fill in and it looked like this was an annoyance. Got given two twin rooms and one double when I had requested 3 doubles.

Room rate was advertised as £45 including breakfast which is cheap. Breakfast wasn't mentioned at all when we checked in which maybe should have been an omen! My colleagues went down at approx 7.20 the next morning, I followed just after 7.30 (sign in the room said breakfast was from 7 until 9). The whole place was deserted and locked up! Nobody there at all, no way into the main pub area. After waiting around we realised breakfast wasn't going to happen so we chucked our keys on the side and went on our way by 7.45!

Bed was comfortable and room was relatively clean albeit a little dated. Would be a nice place and good value, just a shame it's let down by the service.

Cheap & Comfortable but service lacking

Walked in to the smell of drains which obviously isn't the best, we then ordered a sharing platter and received undercooked chicken..........all round really disappointing.  We did receive a refund and the cocktails were nice.

Raw chicken and drains!!

We arrived after a long car journey and found we had no bed for the night!!! I had booked this several weeks in advance ensuring that they had the correct date  during the conversation. As there was a very big event going on in the area all local accommodation was fully booked. The manager tried half hearted to find us somewhere else; finally offering us a complimentary drink. 
We have stayed here before and were happy with everything. I feel they need to manage booking more effectively and come into the 21st century with computerized system.

Disappointed

The beds were terrible to sleep in, I could literally feel the springs in my back, there was mold in the bathroom and the light fixtures were hanging out of the ceiling with the bulbs exposed, bathroom was far from being clean and there was an hole in one of the beds. The radiator barely worked and the room was ice cold .

DO NOT VISIT!

This was the worst. Plastic and sellotape over smoke alarm, fire details not readable, bed base was broken, mattress awful and no mattress protector on it to the point I slept on top of the duvet and wouldn’t sleep in bed.
Shower black mould, wee up wall by toilet. Kettle in room but not a glass, cup anything to make a drink  etc etc

Awful place, please don’t stay

Were given a Twin Room on arrival having booked a Double Bed. No Tea,Milk ,Sugar  or Coffee,though there was a kettle and 2 dirty mugs. No Soap or shower gel.Had to go and buy it in a local shop. Not the best for cleanliness

Should have brought a Tent

Got there a new member of staff didn't know how to check in no management about poor show room was freezing so bad couldn't stay there refused to refund avoid like the plague !!!!!!! No manager on site and had a kettle but no tea making facalities
