Premier Inn Bagshot

Everything in one building for complete relaxation is exactly what I experienced.  Spotless clean bathroom/room, a very comfortable bed, also, tea and coffee.  Restaurant and lounge bar facilities within walking distance from rooms.  

Lots of parking, decent room sizes.
On this occasion, I was in one of the 2nd level rooms in the main house.
The room was spacious. The only concern is no lift and a very narrow staircase to the 2nd floor. View of the cricket field at the rear. Although the timber (whatever it is) above the window was broken and rotten!! It didn't affect the room but just poor maintenance.


Our room was very clean, staff at reception and in the bar area friendly and helpful. It was great value for money and very quiet considering it’s right on a main room it had two sets of glazing to keep the sound down. I would definitely stay again and great location for anyone going to Legoland or going into London 

service was fantastic it was all good except breakfast it was supposed to be a cooked breakfast but was luke warm and when you get it to your table it was cold so couldn't eat i did report it to the front desk and no orange juice so a real waste of money no wonder you charge a lot for your rooms to pay for the wasted food you have to throw away . I have stayed here before and it was fantastic including breakfast what went wrong ? 

An ideal location close to the M3 for travel.  Well lit car park and welcoming staff.   Warm, clean room catering for all my needs.  Very good meal and excellent breakfast at the adjoining Beefeater.  Very clean bathroom and superb shower.    Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Staff at the reception very good in any moment, room cleaned, the room was also very confortable and quite , we enjoyed breakfast i found a top White American coffee, i could find no gluten bread too, i loved mushrooms overall and fresh fruit, everything was good and in a confortable relaxing saloon with a lovely  garden view.

Chose this hotel for the location and price (with only a 8 minute drive to Lapland uk) We stayed last year and chose to return. The restaurant on site served beautiful food, and having a restaurant on site made it so much easier for us with 3 young children. Met our expectations and more. 

As a DM of another site I was really happy with cleanliness and location of this site the young lady on reception ( 16th 15:00-2300pm ) was so friendly and very helpful A* also there was a lady in the restaurant in the morning (17th ) she was on the early start she 06:30am .. she gets a massive mention for her incredible service she was on her own and her level of service and friendliness was top drew …👏🏻👏🏻 all in all a great stay and very well trained caring staff 

Clean room,  three of us in the room,  a double and a single. Had everything we needed,  we arrived at 9pm and left at 7am so didn't use any facilities but it was just what we needed. Had plenty of car parking. 

Friendly and helpful staff, I liked having the Cricketers with Beefeater attached to the Inn. Room was exceptionally clean and I don't do showers, so very glad to have a bath.  Bed lovely and comfortable and I slept well.  Excellent and I will be returning.

Great location for my requirements 

Stayed here for two nights while we were visiting Legoland, about 15 minutes away. I thought it was excellent value for Easter weekend - we paid a little under £100 for accommodation (plus breakfast on top which is good value as kids eat free). 

Beds were very comfy, the room was quiet. It is an older hotel and looks a little tired but is clean and welcoming. Family rooms really are quite tight for space - it’s Ok when your kids are small like ours but I think we will soon outgrow Premier Inn as essentially you might as well all be sleeping in one bed!

Staff in the adjoining Beefeater were lovely, food was OK - cheap and convenient. 

I’d stay here again if we were in the area.

Well suited for staying near the M3, M4 and M25 as we were out every day to see friends.  The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking.  However, Premier Inn really need to get air conditioning and king sized beds in all their hotel rooms as the room was extremely hot and you can't open the windows very much.  We did have a fan, but then it is noisy leaving it on all night.  

Good central place to stay

We had an over night stop here on Thursday 2nd March. 

We were checked by helpful young man, he also made a dinner reservation for us in the Crickerers, pub/restaurant nextdoor. 

Our double room was spacious in good decorative order. The bed linen was white crisp and clean and our mattress was very comfortable and we did get a good night's sleep. 

The room was equipped with a wall mounted television, tea and coffee making facilities. There was also air-conditioning, an electric heater and free standing fan. 

The towels in the bathroom where white and fluffy. There was also a bath with an integrated shower. 

Our room overlooked the main road, but due to heavy glazing, we did not hear any traffic noise. 

Smoking or vaping were not permitted in the rooms. 

There was plenty of free parking available as well as WiFi. 

There was only one little niggle, not a major one. Our room was on the first floor which we reached by walking along a warren of corridors and up and down a few flights of stairs. We did not see a lift here, cases had to be carried to the room, luckily we had only got light hand baggage. 

Taking everything into account this was a very good, comfortable, reasonably priced and well maintained place to stay and we would certainly return.

All good, would certainly stay here again

Hotel was great everything you would expect from premier inn but beefeater next door was good but service was slow in the evening took 2 hours to be served two courses and it wasn’t over busy. Same at breckfast food was good but lack of plates meant we were waiting to have continental choices, I asked two members of staff for plates but it still took ages for them to finally get some. Cooked breakfast was served fresh to the table which was ok but meant seconds weren’t an option if you wanted more on the all you can eat offer. We have children and teens with us who tend to take smaller amounts then go back for more in a buffet style breakfast. More choices are needed to for allergy options such as gluten free and dairy free that said the vegan options on the dessert menu in the evening were impressive you just need to match that in the gluten free on which only offered ice-cream or fruit salad. 
Again gluten free bread is a great addition but now things like gluten free crumpets and pancakes are readily available it would be nice to see them as a breakfast option along with a dairy free/vegan yogurt. 

Good hotel slow service in pub next door

Arrived for one night only and it was dark so wasn’t aware this Premiere Inn Hotel was once a pub. Didn’t really matter just added to its character. Late check in friendly staff from check in to the Bar staff and place was clean and smelt gorgeous throughout like you stepped into a Penhaligon’s store. (5* hotel smell) 
Plenty of car park space and as I have come to expect from a PI the bed is huge and comfortable you never want to leave! WiFi worked, TV did to, peace and quiet, my only gripe is the hairdryer was hit and miss due to the curly cord being loose within the dryer it kept cutting out (something I have come across before in a PI Swindon Lidyard ! Yes you!)
Other than that can’t fault this little travellers sanctuary. Keep up your good hard work and carry on to keep the place clean and smelling  like a million dollars. Would stay there again if I had to😊

Peaceful little overnight

Very nice room but had issues with the heating. Room was very cold on arrival and the heater took a long time to warm the room up. Feel the actual heater was to small for the size of the room. Certainly cold in the bathroom. But as always lovely comfy beds. Would not recommend the restaurant. Very unpleasant waitress and cold food on one meal. My ratings below take into consideration of the restaurant service.
