The premium rooms are really comfortable,clean and quiet. Stayed in 326: excellent.Excellent breakfast fresh cookedKind service and availability of the staff of the hotel

Handily placed for the M6 and very easy to find. As ever, in my experiences with Premier Inn, the staff were friendly and helpful. 
The room, although ground floor and near the door with the smoking area outside, was very quiet and very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good although the coffee machine was knacked during our stay there was plenty of half decent instant and the food was very good, much better for being cooked to order rather than the "help yourself" buffet style, didn't catch the name of the lady in the kitchen but she does a canny scrambled egg.
This PI is exactly where we needed to be and we will be back.

We were a group of 11 who were in Preston for the BBC Radio 2 event. We, along with everyone else, were very wet and muddy but thanks to Alan on reception's help we all got large bags to put our wet shoes in. He even offered to put a guest's shoes in the washing machine overnight to avoid than them having to throw them away. All staff on reception and cleaning were really helpful and friendly. We had a warm, comfortable night. The only negative comment I would make was the company were let down by a £10 charge per room  for early check in.

Stayed for 2 nights, bit of an issue with the room which the staff resolved brilliantly and straight away. The staff here are just lovely and genuinely care to make your stay as good as possible. Really hope premier inn management appreciate the people that have here. 

Good clean hotel. The welcome from the lady at reception was superb. She made everyone feel at home. Breakfast was really good too. The service was friendly and efficient. We have stayed a few times and it has always been a good experience. Very handy for the Walton Fox (pub / restaurant) next door.

We have stayed in this hotel 4 times since June 2023.  We book an accessible room and it was a nice hotel in 2023 but the rooms have been beautifully upgraded so the rooms, reception and breakfast area make it a great hotel cosmetically.
The staff however are what makes this hotel.  We have nothing but praise for the staff we have met on our visits, regardless of role, they are friendly, polite, helpful and informative.  
We will continue to use this hotel when we choose to stay over for a night on our journey.

We visit quite often just for breakfast, the food is delicious and well cooked. The variety of the continental breakfast is very good, all food is very fresh and is replenished regularly. 

The breakfast area is very clean.

The staff are so nice and make you feel so welcome, thank you to Zara, Kerry, Louise & Amy for your service today, outstanding! 

I would also like to thank Theresa for her service on other times we have visited, all the staff are a credit to Premier Inn.

I recommend this Premier Inn very highly.

As a lone female I arrived at the hotel to be met by a lovley lady on reception. I asked were to go for food as she sent me to the pub next door, I felt very safe and the room was clean and fresh. Breakfast next morning was the best I have had with excellent service. would definitely be back on my next work meeting 

Great reception, clean room, great sleep for both of us, both the  continental and the cooked breakfast were delicious with easy service, coffee machine was easy to use and well maintained, well done cook poached eggs were perfect.

Better than average Premier Inn located close to the M6. 

Beds have been recently renewed so you can be guaranteed a good nights sleep. 

Staff are a credit to the Premier Inn business, especially Saara who is always professional and very helpful! 

The only criticism is the tv’s could do with an upgrade.

Better than average Premier Inn.

After returning from holiday to our house, and finding we had had a major flood, the insurance company placed us in this hotel, and we are so glad they did. 
From our arrival, being greeted by the ever smiling Kelly, to date, we have met some amazing staff. They are all friendly and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Special mention to Alan, Bill and Paul. Extra special mention to Sara, Sue, Leslie, Giovanna (hope that's spelt correctly), Jo, and of course, 'Granny'. There's far to many members of staff to give our thanks to,  but they all go above and beyond, and are so professional in their jobs. 
We can honestly say that we have certainly made some "friends for life" here. 
The housekeeping is done to perfection, and the breakfasts are out of this world 🌎 😍. 
We won't want to leave, when our house is ready to move back into 😄

Flooded out  .......

The man on reception was so polite and had great energy. Lovely man,  Arrived at my room 302 and on entering I was so amazed at how clean it was, not one bit of dust, beautifully clean tucked in bed sheets. The cleaning staff have done amazingly. So credit to the cleaner that did the room! 

Definitely stay again.

Excellent staff and cleanliness

We have stayed at this premier Inn on a previous occasion and always received a warm welcome and great service. The accom is not the most modern, it's a bit tired and would benefit from a facelift but the people really make it. Everyone works as a team, help each other out and pull together to ensure customers get the best service. Everyone deserves praise, special thanks to Saira, Theresa (Gran), Paul and Kelly for going the extra mile in making our stay really good. Also the ladies who cleaned our room were stars, nothing was too much trouble. Great people, great service - thank you
