First class stay very comfy very nice rooms very clean 
Breakfast very good 
Staff were very helpful nothing to much trouble 
Would definitely stay here again very close to town centre  
Only negative taxis were not very good so we drove in to town

Stayed for 2 nights as a base for a Wedding  and had a lovely time. Friendly staff and excellent service spacious rooms and very clean Nothing was too much trouble. Adjacent is a lovely bar and restaurant 

Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Breakfasts in Beefeater, have to give a special mention for Karen who seemed to be running the breakfast room single handed. She did an amazing job, was so friendly and lots of fun. This lady deserves a raise, she is a credit to the company she works for. Thank you Karen ❤️ 

A good value stay for a weekend away. Ample free parking and clean rooms, a small bathroom but functional, and once we adjusted the heater it soon warmed the room up. Road noise was minimal and only a short drive into Hereford. Staff were friendly and efficient and the usual beefeater next door is helpful. Would stay again.

As someone who often travels alone this place delivers.
I feel safe and comfortable. The staff can’t do enough for you and always greet you with a smile!
They even look after my things when I check out to go to work for the day.

So impressed,  money was tight after Christmas so we stayed here as it was really reasonably priced. It was my birthday so we had a weekend in Hereford. The manager at the hotel knew it was my birthday and made it so special. She went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anybody. Great location, clean rooms. Brand new beds and smiley lovely staff. Thank you for your part in making my birthday so special!!

Great staff and customer service. Attended a family wedding reception and booked 10+ rooms. Great value for money and location. All rooms on the same floor. Staff were very friendly. Slight delay in checking in but expected due to number of people checking in. 

We were visiting family in Hereford for Christmas Day and knew we would be out most of the day and evening and just needed a no fuss, one night's accomodation.  The Premier Inn at Holmer offered an onsite restaurant and parking and was only a short drive across town to our family.

Considering they were giving up some of their Christmas Day, the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly both in the hotel and in the restaurant where we went for breakfast the next morning. They seem a happy team.

 The reception had been made to look very Christmassy with a tree etc which you don't necessarily expect from a budget hotel.

The room was clean and although a little chilly when we first arrived, we were able to adjust the heating easily to make it plenty warm enough.



On our arrival the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.
We were able to get a taxi to and from the venue we were attending very easily. 
We had a very restful nights sleep and a tasty breakfast in the morning

Friendly staff, clean rooms and the most comfortable bed! Checking in and out was easy and quick. 

I do think it was a bit expensive for 1 night but everything was good and I’d definitely stay here again.

Special shoutout to Karen (Beefeater’s gem)

Hotel is in a good location, don't drive to fast towards it the turn into the car park  is hidden. Staff on reception are nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, I've stopped here a few times recently and had different issues. Last time I had a room that was cold... it wouldn't get warm no matter what I tried so I decided to go home, todays room on the ground floor is nice but the bathroom really needs sorting paint peeling joinery not finished not the normal standard for a premier inn. All in all  I issues food is fine next door at the pub only a 15 min stroll into Hereford

A pleasant stay

Reasonable quality hotel with essential amenities.  Room was comfortable and warm and I like the fact there was a bath. I found the bed was also comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. Wi fi was a bit hit and miss, but adequate for our needs.

Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Room faultless and v clean. And a bath !!! Restaurant next door was good for the price, no complaints. Breakfast was the low point..   hot food really wasn't hot and all a bit sad.Fresh hot pastries restored my faith.
