I have stayed here before and loved it. The apartment was literally 1 minutes walk from the pleasure Beach and sand castle (and a nice pub). A very luxurious feel with the spa bath and hot tub. My boys loved it, as did I. I was also pleasantly surprised by the prosecco and lovely bath soaps. I will definitely book again !! X

I had a great time at the hotel myself and family didn't want to leave. Close to local amenities  I know Fred through family and he did a fantastic job. Even though the hotel is a working progress everything was there that you required can't wait to go back and see what has been done and I know Fred will make it work

Me and my girlfriend stayed here and we got a lovely welcoming in from Fred and Dennis and they showed us where everything was and how to access it all, it is right next to the beach so only a short walk so that is really good too, Dennis really helped us on our first night get to know everything and learn what we need to know, the room is a good size for anywhere between 2-4 people and I highly recommend anyone to come and stay here when they want a getaway! 5 stars from us :)

Under new management, 7 of us went and none of us had any issues, room only accommodation 2 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the pleasure beach and Blackpool Tower, for those of us who were not to tired played pool in the bar area, McDonald's literally 5 minutes away, and plenty of other eateries close by, will definitly be returning.

currently staying here at the moment for a long weekend . Alan the owner is absolutely lovely . he cannot do enough for you . he does everything himself and I am well impressed with his standards . bedding , towels and overall cleanliness immaculate . also in a brilliant location . I will definitely be returning here every time I visit Blackpool .

Really nice hosts in Dave and Brenda neither of them could do enough for us and as we were staying with our 5 month year old son they helped us out immensely. Cant recommend this place highly enough. Location was great if you want to be down the south side of Blackpool really close to both south and central piers with a Tram stop just at the end of the road.

Just spent a beautiful  spere the moment break to blackpool.  Bank holiday weekend we stayed here wht a lovly little gem of a hotel. Lovely clean  basic but very well presented  and dave and his lovely lady made sure you where OK.  the breckfast was good value you could of payed 6.50 for a really big breckfast  but the  four quid, brecky, it was enough for us, very enjoyable stay will defo go back to visit next time we in black pool  thank you Dave and your lovely lady for very enjoyable stay Carol and Tony scousers  widnes see you both next time we come up

We stayed in a family room and although very basic but everything you needed.  Lovely breakfast next morning for the price we paid.  Dave what a lovely genuine guy.  Will definatly stay again very close to pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark most perfect location if you wanting this end.

Had a nice time here not to far from the attractions only a 5 min walk from the beach. The breakfast wasn’t that great... just standard. Room was nice shower was cold though. The owner was abit grumpy but his wife made up for that she’s very friendly and bubbly!

Booked here for September weekend for me and my 13yr old daughter on arrival I was told we didn't have a room booked I told the man I booked and paid the room 8 weeks prior so was told to come in to check he went threw the back then returned to tell me ahh you booked for you and a child and I said yes me and my daughter to which he begun to tell me my daughter didn't look like a child
So I said to him she's definitely a child she's 13 he then told me his policy is a child is under 12 so I was kinda stuck with nowhere to go and was told I would need to pay an extra £40  the room I was given was a throw back from the 70s with a sliding toilet door  that you could hardly sit on the pan with door closed this was my 3rd stay here and I'll never return dave  I feel I was took advantage of cause I was there an with my kids with no real choice to pay extra very disapointed
