Very friendly and helpful hosts. Great location, clean and airy room, comfortable beds and lovely bedding. Tasty breakfast. Would recommend.

Perfectly situated near the Pleasure Beach, Casino and Water Park.
Rooms very warm and clean, lovely breakfast and excellent value for money.

The friendliest most welcoming hosts. The room was lovely and warm and plenty big enough for 2 adults and our son.  Cooked breakfast was lovely and hot. Very close to South pier and the pleasure beach.

This was our second stay here with the family. So good, we’ve booked for September 2025. 

Leigh and Sue are fantastic hosts. Very welcoming and friendly. Leigh has a penchant for remembering everyone’s names and for ten of us that was some feat. 

The Morrisy is perfectly located for the Pleasure Beach, South Pier and the tram stop. Additionally, there are plenty of food outlets around for nighttime snacking. 

The breakfast set up is great and the cooked breakfast sets you up for most of the day.

Very nice b and b with nice owners. Lovely and homely and clean with fresh bed and towels. Nice breakfast too all fresh.  Great location for pleasure beach and other stuff. Parking was free too car was secure. Will definitely be back. Thank you leigh and sue great hosts.

Just got back from here stayed 4 days the owners sue and leigh are amazing they go above and beyond for you very easy to get on with very helpful with any questions  you need answering  the bed was so comfy nice clean room will be booking again xxxxx

A lovely property! Leigh and Sue are wonderful hosts, so kind and helpful.Me and my son had a fantastic stay, the room was comfy and clean and location of the property is excellent, just a 2min walk to the beach with Sandcastle and Pleasure Beach also less than 10 mins walk.Thank you so much for having us!Beth x

The most friendly of welcomes. Perfect location for south shore activities, max ten minute walk to the pleasure beach and five to pier or sandcastle. Such an informative hosts, really homely feel and the room was really spacious. Would return for certain. Bonus of parking off road

Got a nice friendly welcome from the hosts on arrival, managed to get a parking spot in the street right outside the hotel as it seemed very limited for spaces. Nice single room with en suite , the hot water in the shower took about a munute to heat up.Room was very clean with a comfortable single bed. Breakfast was ok but there was no fruit or yoghurt available. I was told the sausages took 40 minutes to cook and as i hadn't said the night before i wanted two i had to settle for one on the first morning! It was very nice when it arrived though! Location is a couple of minutes walk to South pier tram stop and there is a Wetherspoons around the corner.All the rooms are themed on sights in Blackpool and i had the Stanley Park room. Overall excellent, quiet and nice small hotel which i would recommend.

One of the best B and B's in Blackpool

Our go to stay in Blackpool - Family Friendly and welcoming.

First time at this B&B and had a fantastic stay here. Hosts Leigh and Sue couldn’t have done enough for us - very knowledgeable regarding places to go to eat and shop. Stayed for 2 nights with 2 daughters. I was worried about car parking but there was parking at rear which was great. Location was great for South Pier, Pleasure Beach and tram stops. We go to Blackpool every year for illuminations and Pleasure Beach and usually stay out past North Shore but will definitely stay here again due to location. Rooms and breakfasts were superb. Thank you

Fantastic stay - great location

Morrisy house is run by sue and leigh who were lovely hosts super friendly and made us feel very welcome, like home from home. Our family room was clean, spacious and bright with comfortable beds. It's only a 5 minute walk from south pier which is bery handy and lots of nice places to eat near by (sue and leigh have made a map down stairs with recommendations on eating places near by) the golden Palace chinese just at the top of the street and to the right is delish. I'd also recommend the eating in just a 5 minute walk away to. Breakfast at hotel was nice with a good selection of cold breakfast things and you also get a hot breakfast to. I'd highly recommend morrisy house we had a great time here 😁

Lovely hotel

My daughter and i spent 3 nights here in July 2023, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts are very friendly and informative. We had breakfast every morning which was very tasty and there was plenty of choice of cereals and cooked food. The hotel is perfectly situated on the street almost directly across from the south pier so, excellently located for pleasure beach, sancastle, and also tram stop for the rest of the attractions that Blackpool has to offer.

A lovely traditional bed and breakfast. Very friendly and kind hosts Sue and Leigh, who are very knowledgeable about the local area and provided lots of helpful information. Very informal breakfast setting, good cooked breakfast comprising of sausage, bacon, hash brown, beans and toast. Excellent room - all rooms are done in Blackpool themes which adds a nice touch. Good tea/coffee facilities and plenty of plugs and mirrors which is always good. Great en suite. Ideally located by South Pier very close to tram stop, and Wetherspoons. Would really recommend for a friendly traditional B&B stay.

We stayed here for the weekend with most of our family and had booked three rooms. 
The owners were lovely and friendly and made us all feel comfortable and welcomed. 

The rooms were of high quality, each with en-suite and tea and coffee available in each room which was a god send when coming back after a long day and night. 

The beds were all really comfortable and we all slept very well. 

The hotel is extremely close to the pleasure beach, south pier and tram stop with a good choice of fast food outlets all around. 

Breakfast is available from 0830-0915 and there is a good range of cereals, bread, jams and preserves and a cooked breakfast too. 

Can’t fault the place at all and as we said at the start, the owners were superb and really chatty and friendly. Hopefully we will be back next year with four rooms instead of three 😉

Lovely Hotel, excellent rooms and friendly owners

Fantastic host's, couldn't do enough for us. Very nice to have a chat with them at breakfast and genuinely interested.
Location couldn't be faulted with being only a stone's throw from the south pier and other attractions. Breakfast was good, not the biggest or best I've had but certainly not the worst. Room was great and modern, spotlessly clean and if I could fault anything is that it was quite warm and with the windows open the seagulls and pigeon's wake you up at silly o'clock. 
All in all a brilliant stay, top marks 👏👍
