Great hosts from arrival to departure, breakfast was excellent. Would recommend a stay here.

Wow! What a lovely warm welcome my friend and I received from the moment we arrived. We were invited into the dining  / bar area to sit and chat. We were given sheets to tick to choose what we would like for breakfast no food waste that's a plus. Then given our key, the room was lovely so big plenty of room it was a triple so my friend had the double and I took the single. Bathroom was small but unless you plan on having a disco in there it's not a problem.  Our toilet seat gave up on service while we were there not a problem it was replaced so quickly and without fuss. It was the rebellion punk festival while we there so interesting stories at breakfast. Also we had the riots happening so we ended up limited to what we could do. But the owners kept us informed of any updates they had. If you book here it's about a 15 minute walk to town, ubers and taxis are reasonable.  But most of all its a wonderful B&B and  you get a warm welcome and wonderful service, nothing is to much trouble.

Our stay at this place was brilliant right from the beginning. The owners were there to welcome us share a cup of tea , the hotel is beautiful the stay included a lovely breakfast , no dry or cold bacon it was cooked to order tnk you. We will be going there again for the illustrations, looking forward to it .

Truly fantastic stay with Debbie and Adi, who have recently taken over at Rossdene House. Incredibly welcoming and hospitable. They also serve a nice English breakfast, which wasn't advertised.

Fabulous guesthouse, brilliant, got everything going for it, will stay again, everything was in the room,we have stayed in Blackpool all over, this one has nailed it for us . thankyou for making our stay relaxing.

Great little place tucked away off Gynn sq. Absolutely spotless. Lovely clean bedding, bed very comfy room very spacious for family room. Would definitely recommend. Luke and Nye very welcoming couple. Totally enjoyed our stay. 

Great little place ,stumbled across this place on booking.com and very good value for money. Friendly staff , clean facilities and near the promenade. A short walk up the promenade into town. A we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 2-night stay here in July. The room was great for a twin, and very clean. 

We walked into central Blackpool no issues and a taxi back one night was just £5.50. Good to be at this end of the town.

Lovely quiet guest house.Room was beautiful.Nye and Luke were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.Highly recommended and i will definitely stay here the next time i'm in Blackpool.Well done to both of you and wishing you every success for the future

Best guest house ive stayed in! been coming blackpool for 30 years, my grandparents even owned one. I go to blackpool at least 5 times a year.

Great location, a stroll into the centre of town and 2 minutes from the beach.  Free parking in the streets outside and close by.  We stayed in room 5, top floor.  It was spotless, lovely shower room, comfortable bed with quality bedding.  We have friends that live locally who will now recommend it to all their other friends coming to Blackpool.  Exceptional value for money.  We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked lovely.  The hosts were friendly and welcoming.  Thank you, we hope to visit again.

Exceptional value, great little find

Lovely short break at Rossdene, our room was lovely and spacious and very clean. We checked in and went straight into Blackpool, you are on the further end of the attraction’s but it’s not too far to walk but for anyone who doesn’t the trans literally stop over the road. The owners were very friendly and helpful, wish we would of got the opportunity to have a couple of drinks at the bar as there beer garden looked lovely but our 2 year had a different night planned for us. Would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Blackpool. Thankyou

Perfect nights stay

Stayed for 3 nights in room 4 (single room) and 2 friends stayed in room 1 (double room). Both rooms were absolutely spotlessly clean! We all agreed that the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a hotel. Beautifully decorated too. And the hosts Luke and Nye were so welcoming, great fun, very knowledgeable about local area & entertainment etc. We will definately stay again next time we are in Blackpool. Thank you Luke & Nye!

Superb! Deserves 10 stars, 5 is too few!

Me and my partner spent a couple of nights at this guest house and from the Minute we arrived  till the moment we left we was made to feel at home my Luke and Nye , spotlessly clean , and would recommend anybody to stay here , we are already planning our next visit , thanks again for a wonderful stay

Lovely stay

Ticked all the boxes:- Clean, large room- Comfy beds- Hot, powerful shower - Great location (about 1 mile from North Pier, easy flat walk into town)- Free parking on residential roads- Friendly hosts- Property in very good, spotlessly clean condition Would highly recommend and would stay there again if in the area.

Room was spotless and comfy, had everything you could ask for and a little bit more (cotton buds, they have cotton buds in the room) game changer!
But seriously you won’t be disappointed, most relaxed 2 days we have had for a long time and the hotel contributed massively to this, thank you for your hospitality…. Danny and Chloe

Really lovley

I don't do many reviews but on this occasion I felt our wonderful three day stay at the Rossdene fully justified me putting pen to paper.

We arrived Friday the 5th and departed Sunday 8th.

The guest house is immaculate and the rooms spacious, with cleanliness clearly a priority for the owners. 
Not only that but we were made extremely welcome and they couldn't do enough to make out stay a relaxing one.

The Rossdene is a minutes walk from the sea front and a ten minute amble from the start of Blackpools main attractions.

Both the wife and I can't speak highly enough of both the guest house and our hosts.

We will be back.

Superb stay for Rebellion Festival

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Hosts were very friendly. Comfortable and contemporary interior the owners have obviously thought about the interior carefully and the place feels loved. Lovely bar area which we sadly never got to use. Room was a little small and cramped but fine for one night. Great shower. The place felt spotless which is very important to me.
