My grandson and I stayed 3 nights in Studio 1 apartment. The room was as described, however in some areas exceeded expectations. It was very clean. The kitchen was lovely. Fully equipped and some extras such as coffee, tea and paper towels! The only thing missing was something to flip my fry egg over with, and perhaps a large wooden spoon as didn't want to use metal against the stainless steel pots. The room was a good enough size, with a separate area with settee and tv. The bathroom was lovely and clean. Great shower with plenty of hot water. It was a bit chilly during our stay, but there is an electric radiator which warmed the room up quickly. There is regular tram service from across the road. I didn't see the host while I was there, but did email a couple of queries prior to our stay which Charles responded to quickly. You do get a little bit of noise when other guest come and go, as the room is off the passage. However this was minimal and no late night noise.
