Beautiful clean very friendlly and helpful. 
They go above and beyond for a great stay. 
Very clean and comfy. Like home from home.

Can get balcony view with the sea.

Wonderful hosts lovely and clean the bed was divine I slept all night. Lovely breakfasts they couldn't do enough I will be back thank you for making our stay great. Near to where we wanted to go  nice and happy atmosphere

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend staying with Joanne at the New Kent we felt very well looked after by the lovely host .The New Kent is situated in a nice quiet area on the north shore but only 100m from the prom and a tram stop .I hope we will be staying again soon.

Hotel and staff was very helpful would stay again little bit away from the town but a tram station is at the top of the road

This was the second time at the new kent and it was great again, joan is so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is amazing, the rooms are clean and tidy we will definitely be going back

We had a wonderful stay and cannot recommend the New Kent Hotel highly enough - they are brilliant and provide positively the best English breakfast we have had anywhere!

We met up with my sisters and partners had the most perfect stay at the NEW KENT very clean inviting and the host was perfect such lovely people😘
We all came from different parts of the country to meet up and see the lights we had a lovely time and to top

Fab place to stay, excellent service, very clean and superb breakfast. Very handy for tran stop and free parking nearby.

Amazing place to stay. Very well kept with friendly staff.Amazing breakfast.Tram stop very close by (highly recommended the saver ticket) so no problem getting around and much cheaper than taxis. Stayed at the New Kent twice so far and plan on staying again.It really is a pleasant stay,away from all the hustle and bustle of town, yet so easily accessible.

The owner ov the new kent was very nice breakfast was brill could do with a face lift bed were ok could do with new mattress but ir is very clean n tidy 5 out 5 thank you

Sister reunion blackpool

One of the best if not THE best

Visiting relatives for a few days so we wanted something clean and cheap, and that is what we got. The owners were very helpful, the rooms are kept spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was very nice. We got what we paid for and perhaps more besides.Parking was available after 7 on the street outside for free or there is a large car park across the street that charges £7 for every 24 hours.

Cheap Stay

Had a lovely stay the owners of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had at a B & B and nothing was too much trouble - the young lad who served us at breakfast was very polite and friendly and always happy to help. We will be booking again this year to revisit during the illuminations. Thanks for a great stay 😊

Enjoyable stay

A friendly family-run hotel, which offered comfortable and clean accommodation, a nice homely lounge and a good breakfast.  The hotel was approximately a 20 minute stroll from the main attractions and town centre, but we made light work of this with our bikes.  I would recommend this hotel, which for the money offered great value.

Had a fantastic stay, for the price you pay it can not be faulted, rooms are basic but comfortable for the price you pay nothing more could be expected. The host was lovely very friendly and made us feel very welcome, breakfast happens to be the best we have had in Blackpool and we have stayed from high to low end, all produce is locally sourced and high quality which you can tell, we certainly could not manage anything at dinner time we were so full, would most defiantly book again well worth it 

Wee break away 

Nice place to stay, far enough away from the main town to be quiet but only 10 mins on tram to get to the heart of Blackpool. Cabin tram stop 40 yards away so fantastic. Shower confusing to work if not used to electric shower, so some instructions in the guest pack would be good. 
Breakfast was tasty plenty to chose from and included in the room rate so fantastic. 
Only down side for us were that as it has a few families stay with children, and we are 20-30 year olds we did feel like we were sneaking into our parents when coming in at 11pm in case we made too much noise. This meant that all we could really do was go to sleep early. It would have been nice if the downstairs lounge would have been open for us to sit in for a few hours so we could relax and not disturb the other guests, even thought the bar would have been closed it would have given us some space.
Would happily go back. Thank you for having us. 

Pleasant, Clean and Friendly

Fantastic breakfast brilliant service from hosts we will be staying again grandkids loved it also we had family room but the kids part with their own ensuit was partioned off so we had privacy also but they could only come into our room as the main entrance door was in our room great idea not just for younger children but if you had couple teenagers

Close to tram so could visit any of the piers

I booked in the New Kent for a RaggaeFest weekend in Aug and I was pleasantly surprised at how welcoming and relaxed this hotel was. The location was ideal and very close to the local amenities. Tony and Joanne made me feel so welcome.  It was a late checkout for me as the rest of the group I travelled with left hours beforehand.  Tony and Joanne made me feel so welcome and accommodate my needs.  The breakfast was legendary... the full works. I would recommend The New Kent hotel.  The hotel is not hi-tech but, if you are looking for a small, warm and welcoming environment? this hotel is the one. Tony and Joanne I wish you all the very best for the future.

ReggaeFest Music Weekend

Having booked on Expedia after reading the reviews I'm thoroughly impressed. I booked the room for the weekend for my parents to have a long weekend in Blackpool. The staff were great the lady who greeted us (Joanne) was so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and just what they needed. The breakfasts were top notch and my parents had nothing but good things to stay. The location was fine. Right opposite the cabin tram stop and right opposite a live music bar. I asked them the big question would they stay there again and they said certainly yes. Checking their calendar for next year as I write this.
