Stayed for 1 night fab room spotless comfortable beds great location fab views of the sea close to all amenities very nice people friendly great breakfast freshly cooked &a hot would return great stay for a couple of days away

The b&b staff where so helpful and friendly and Louise and gainer where like being at home did not want to leave great views very quiet as on a no through can hear sea, very clean rooms bright and airy will be going back views from front and dog friendly my henry in room

Really were not expecting much from this B&B. Booked it because close to Trecco Bay where daughter and her children were staying. Pleasantly surprised. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet (admittedly, the school holidays had just finished ) The staff were friendly and helpful. A bit surprised to be asked to pay cash as the card machine had "broken down" - I guess that could cause problems for some people but not an issue for us. Cooked breakfast was superb - I haven't had a better one in any of previous hotels and B&Bs visited. Even the veggie sausages were tasty and well cooked - very unusual. However, for those that prefer cereal there was little choice. Overlooks the Bristol channel and walks along the beach are 2 minutes away, with more attractive beaches within walking distance. The potentially serious negative is the car parking facilities. The website talks of parking at the rear or on the forecourt outside. In practice, there are really only two spaces at the rear which are very tight and the chances are you will get blocked in and have to find the owner (although the B&B owners will move the car if necessary !) The forecourt is used by the cafe from 9.00 am so, if parking there at night, you have to move the vehicle before that and whilst they refer you to the local car park, that is not free and you can't park there overnight. There is parking available on one short road nearby but that gets filled up quickly. Didn't cause us any particular problem but in the high season I guess it would do. I would still go back there if we return to the area, though.

Amazing time

nice place just needs a new cleaner and a new chef. lipstick on the bathroom glass tumbler bathroom waste bin not emptied and disgusting contents , milk cartons where sour . nice room. Breakfast Luke warm on a cold plate , floating in grease, soggy hash brown, cheap sausage, blue plastic stuck on the back of my overcooked egg . coffee just a jug of boiling water and same sachets as the room even though there was a full size gagia machine behind the counter seemed a really mean touch. nice place really let down by the lack of care and attention.

I rented a flat here for 12 months , it was hell . Construction work was carried out all the summer and spring months , the noise was horrendous, never once did  I or any other residents ever receive an apology or indeed were even notified of workmen etc turning up early morning and cut tiles outside our windows . The landlord would walk into my flat when I wasn't there and do what ever he intended to do . The shouting and screaming was nerve racking. When I left there I learned many valuable lessons.
