Stayed for one night whish it was longer my wife picked this as a gift experience for me to stay with our dog. Never been to this area before but will definitely be back. The room we were given had its own front door and another to enter the main building and dining area which suited us have the dog. The room was spotless very good breakfast the owners were very friendly and helpful definitely got service with a smile.

We were lucky enough to stay at this wonderful B & B for our anniversary and to say we had a magical experience would be an understatement. The hosts were beautiful people, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the area of Thornton le Dale next to Pickering needs to be seen to be believed. Do yourself a favour and give it a go....you really won't regret it.

We should have stayed here in the earlier part of this year, but sadly this was cancelled for obvious reasons. Ron and Lindsey were good enough to hold this booking over until this September. They are such a lovely helpful and welcoming couple, nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are excellent, clean with all you you need. Social distancing is observed and we felt as safe as could be expected during our stay. The breakfast was excellent with all you could wish for. 
Thornton Le Dale is in a lovely area and the Bridgeffoot B&B a lovely place to stay. Thank you Ron and Lindsey, we will be back....Pam and Bob

We spent three nights at the B&B. We had our own entrance and a very comfortable bedroom and large shower room. Breakfast was  eautifully cooked and presented using local high quality produce.The fresh fruit starter was lovely. 
The owners are friendly and helpful. They have good systems in place for Covid so we felt safe at all times.
Attracti e building in a beautiful village. Very scenic with places to eat and lovely walks. 
We highly recommend this B&B.

What a lovely place to stay and set in the lovely village of Thornton le Dale here in Yorkshire.
Our hosts were very friendly and approachable and the Breakfast is to die for.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a base to explore the North York Moors. The owners were fantastic, welcoming and very friendly. The room was excellent, the cleanliness was great, the breakfast fantastic and a wonderful garden to relax in with a glass of wine. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here a few weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. We have stayed before so are repeat visitors, once again didn't fail to impress. Ron and Lindsey looked after us well with a lovely welcome and an excellent breakfast. Thornton Dale is ideally located for a visit to the coast or a trip up to Dalby Forest for a spot of cycling. Thankyou for our lovely stay.

I have stayed at bridgefoot before and loved it - so it was my first choice to stay in when visiting Thornton Le Dale - this time I visited with my dogs, we were given a lovely room.... although I have dogs myself I do worry what ‘dog friendly’ places will be like but I didn’t need to worry, the room was lovely and clean and my dogs and myself were made to feel very welcome - you can tell Ron and Lindsey are dog lovers! 
The breakfast was beautiful with so much choice - I didn’t need to eat again until tea time. 
I highly recommend staying at Bridgefoot Guest House - you get a very warm welcome from Lindsey and Ron, the breakfast is lovely, the beds are comfy, and dogs are welcome too - what more can you want 

Stayed for one night on our way to travel on the North Yorks Moors Steam Railway.  We had a lovely night in a spotlessly clean, warm room with very comfortable beds.  The breakfast was delicious, featuring local produce, cooked perfectly. Our hosts, Ron and Lindsey, were very hospitable and welcoming.  We definitely hope to visit again and explore more of the area around the beautiful village Thornton-le-Dale.

Had a wonderful stay the guest house was full of history and character. The hosts were a lovely couple very warm and welcoming. Bed was extremely comfortable the whole place was spotlessly clean. To top it all the breakfast was excellent. I really cannot fault this place had a great stay would recommend to anyone.
Close to Pickering where we went on the NYMR steam train had a fantastic day.
Thornton-Le-Dale is a lovely village with plenty of great places to eat and drink everyone is very friendly

Spotlessly clean, comfortable room and great breakfast.

What a nice couple lovely cuddly dog they have cannot say a lot about this littke bed n breakfast but it is FAULTLESS VERY SWEET LITYLE BNB MY MOTHER N I LOVED she had her final last red hot summer may holiday here May 2018 as well as final holiday Filey Helmsley bnbs hotel and Scarbados but this in my humble opinions the best by far
  The owners have very chatty but professional friendly way with their guests always eager to please and the top rooms are the best but only been in two rooms and i like the other rooms best

Great breakfasts lovely busy little village esp summertime very touristy walks nearby pubs tea room anti queues centre and rivr side walk cafes n fancy shops bike shop bread shop n tiny store and fancy restaurant nearby n woodland walk area uphill

Great Weekend away

Stayed for 3 nights. Beautiful house and surroundings. Our hosts were warm, friendly and welcoming and most helpful when needed. The house is kept absolutely spotless. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed the breakfasts that were top class.
Already planning another stay next spring.
Perfect and we enjoyed every minute.
