Warrington Guest House

We stayed at the Warrington as part of a motorbike trip which took us from Essex to the Peak District and the Lakes with a 7 day stop in a cottage in Bamburgh . Our two nights at the Warrington was a culmination of a journey home . We arrived soaking wet as the weather had been appalling but were very appreciative of the consideration given by the hosts in helping us with getting our gear dried off and making us feel comfortable . Its a no frills place but our room was spotlessly clean , spacious and relaxing . We spent two very enjoyable days exploring the lovely village and surrounding areas - bus service is very good so it was nice to get off the bike and see a part of England which we dont normally do as we travel mostly in France and Germany for long trips . The Warrington is excellent value for money and the hosts are fantastic - friendly and accommodating . I would also like to mention that the breakfast provided on both days was extremely good and generous with thought given to local produce - the Eggs Benedict was to die for !! We travel quite a lot and I am quite fussy and like a bit of luxe but had a great stay at the Warrington . 5 Stars !! Thank You
